The episode starts with Katha goes to the cafeteria and takes her seat opposite to Viaan surprising the latter. Viaan struggles to open his tiffin box so Katha helps him and finds salad in it. Viaan tells her he counts calories so salad. Katha serves herself her food and starts having it all the while busy in her phone. Viaan longingly looks at Katha’s food. Katha notices this then suggests to try the home-made food she brought with her. Viaan obliges then serves her food in the plate but struggles with the food so Katha helps him again. Jeetu bhai takes away Katha to discuss something. Viaan takes one more chapati from her which Katha notices and smiles. Viaan praises Katha’s food. Katha realises the salt isn’t added in the food so questions Viaan for praising it. Viaan reminds it’s not about the salt but the love and care she puts into it while preparing it for Aarav. Katha’s heartbeat increases.

Yuvraj returns home. He informs Reet about Kailash’s plan to conducting a ceremony for both Yohaan and Aarav. Reet expresses her displeasure. She also complains about always involving Katha and Viaan. Yuvraj questions Reet the reason behind her dislikes for Katha and Aarav. Reet taunts him for supporting Katha as she hide his affair. Yuvraj reminds them about the promise they made with eachother. He then tells Reet that Aditya was a part of the family so does Katha and Aarav. Reet says to Yuvraj the latter will understand why she is worrying after Yohaan grows up. Yuvraj asks Reet to not to worry.

In the office, Ehsan informs both Katha and Viaan that he is leaving home. Katha says she still have an hour to work about the hiring process test they plans on conducting. So asks Ehsan to leave. Ehsan leaves. He then punctures Viaan’s car then leaves saying if fate isn’t helping Viaan and Katha to bring closer then as a friend he will help then leaves the place. Katha is busy on the work. The light goes off which shocks both Katha and Viaan. Viaan inquires the reason behind the light went off to which the worker says he will check.

Viaan suggests Katha to go home and finish the work. Katha refuses saying it will take longer to finish but if she stays here then she can able to finish in few minutes. Viaan tries to change Katha’s mind but Katha refuses to budge. Later, Katha completes her work and tries to show Viaan but Viaan moves away from her each time which annoys and confuses Katha. Viaan makes an excuse the suggests to send him a mail. He then by mistake switches on the song and gets shocked. He struggles to stop the music. Katha stares at Viaan with confusion filled eyes. The light comes. Katha informs Viaan that she is leaving.

Viaan notices his car tyre is puncture also Katha is waiting for an auto. His driver gets confused by Viaan’s blabbering. After Katha leaves in an auto Viaan asks his driver to leave home as he will also leave in a cab. His driver obliges. Viaan notices Katha’s auto is repaired in the middle of the road. He hides away from Katha first then goes to her and asks her to go in his cab also refuses to accompany Katha saying he is planning on meeting his friends. Katha leaves in the cab. Viaan gets upset unable to find a cab. He then receives a call from Ehsan. The latter informs him it’s him who punctured his car which makes Viaan frustrated. Viaan scolds Ehsan and the latter mocks at him. He further says he will pick up Viaan. Viaan agrees to wait.

Precap: Aarav persuades Viaan to let him introduce his friend but Viaan refuses. Aarav decides to let Katha meet Viaan’s friend so he asks Viaan to call him back once he reaches the office. Later, Katha and Viaan discusses about the resume of the candidates. Viaan tells Katha that one resume caught his attention. A lady enters Earthcon office.
