The episode starts with Viaan apologizing to Vanya and says that he doesn’t know about it and asks if he can do anything to help her? Vanya looks at him with teary eyes. There, Katha in the temple wishes to be by Viaan’s side at this difficult time. She then prays to God for his well-being. Meanwhile, Seema tries to go near Viaan, but Vanya stops and tries to make her understand it’s Viaan, but Seema refuses to listen, so she shouts at her. She then tells Yash to take Seema inside, then completely break down. Viaan stares at her.
Viaan is going somewhere in the car. He recalls everything that happened after Vanya’s arrival. He then applies a break, realising the approaching vehicle. There, Katha wonders the reason behind her restlessness. She then receives a call and gets shocked hearing the person on the other side.
Katha reaches the hospital. She gets shocked seeing Viaan is in the hospital bed. She rushes to him and almost hugs him. She checks up whether he has any injuries and questions to him if he is fine. Viaan assures her that he is completely fine and calms her down. Katha inquires with the doctor about Viaan’s health. The doctor confirms that Viaan is fine. Katha gets relieved. Viaan stumbles, which leads Katha to help him take a seat on the bed.
Later, Viaan and Katha were seen in a tea vendor. Katha gives him a cup of tea. She then inquires him what happened. Viaan says that he went to confront Vanya to get answers, but after what he witnessed and learned, he has more questions. Katha asks him to explain to her. Viaan tells her about Seema’s Dementia. Katha gets shocked and realises that this is the reason why Seema acted that way to him the other day. He also visited the office in the hope of meeting Viraj, not him. She then tries to calm down Viaan, saying everything will be alright.
Viaan shouts, saying that he lost his childhood and he wants answers, but he can’t able to get it from his father, who is no more, and Seema is suffering with Dementia. He shares his frustration with Katha. Katha says to Viaan that she will be there for him and also promises to help him get his answers. Viaan becomes speechless, then closes his eyes and takes a deep breath.
Viaan worries about Teji’s reaction once he tells her about Seema’s state. Katha advises Viaan to tell Teji about it before she finds out on her own. Viaan refuses but Katha tells him that whenever she felt all the roads are closed and no hope left for her to fight she looks at Aarav then she gains strength and tells Viaan just like Aarav who is a miracle for her, for Teji he is her miracle so she is sure Viaan will help Teji to overcome all this. Viaan smiles, then thanks Katha for everything she is doing for him. He then makes Katha go home in his car, assuring her he will be fine.
Later, Viaan returns home. Teji scolds him for not following her instructions to inform her if he returns home late. Viaan hugs her, which confuses Teji. He then tells Teji that he is with her, so whatever he is going to tell her, he asks her not to get panic. Teji gets worried and asks what it is. Viaan stares at her. Meanwhile, Katha says to Neerja on the call that she wants some things from Aarav’s room which she want Neerja to send it to Viaan’s address as he don’t want Viaan to go back to his dark past life. Neerja obliges.
Precap: Viaan questions Vanya the reason behind her returning to his life. Vanya says that Viraj and Seema’s relationship isn’t an unwanted one. She further asks Viaan to get the remaining answers from Teji and then leaves. Katha and Viaan confusedly stare at each other.
