The episode starts with Viaan asking Katha about her shortlisted candidate list. They both exchanges their shortlisted candidates. Katha says to Viaan that both of them shortlisted Vanya. She then talks about Vanya’s unique internship. Viaan says to Katha that he shortlisted other candidates thinking about the project deadlines. Katha tells it’s not a race also they have to check whether the candidates are compassionate or not. Viaan asks how can they figure that out? Katha tells for that only they are conducting Emotional Intelligence test. Viaan asks Katha to explain the Emotional Intelligence test. Katha tells him everything. Viaan tells he wish he took that test too also wish to have patience. Katha gets taken aback.

Kavita gives instructions to the worker about the decorations. Kailash informs his wish how he want the family photo is to the photographer. He then sends the latter away. Kailash then tells his idea to Kavita. Kavita makes Kailash agrees to her wish to hold Yuhaan during family photo. Kailash inquires Kavita about Katha’s arrival. Kavita says to him Katha must be on her way.

Katha and Viaan sends one of the candidate after finishing up the interview. Katha then tells Viaan their next candidate is Vanya. She also informs Viaan that she learned through the test they conducted for the candidate Vanya isn’t a team player. Vanya arrives to the interview room and greets both Katha and Viaan. She also takes her seat without Katha and Viaan’s permission which surprises Katha. Katha questions Vanya why she isn’t a team player. She further tells her the importance to be in a team player of the project. Vanya tells she and her mother only in the house also she is from a village in Bhopal. Also she takes care of her mother so she don’t believe in team player. Katha gives her a scenario and asks her what she will do in such situations. Vanya tells she will either advise the one or she will take that employees part of work as she don’t want one person’s mistake affect an entire family. Viaan gets impressed.

Vanya persuades Katha to inform the result saying she wants to hear it from Viaan that she can come and join Earthcon. Katha firmly refuses to reveal the result. Vanya decides to go out but Viaan stops her and says she is selected which shocks Katha. Vanya gets happy. She thanks both Katha and Viaan then leaves. Katha gets upset with Viaan for revealing the result. Viaan apologises to her. They both then discusses about Vanya’s unique behaviour.

Viaan gets upset learning he can’t able to have lunch with Katha as the latter told him about Yuhaan’s ceremony which is going to take place so she is going to take part in it. He decides to find a way to bring Katha to office after the ceremony is over. Katha and Aarav meets the Garewal’s. Kailash introduces Aarav and Yuhaan to the guests. Reet fumes in anger. She decides to bring Katha and Viaan closer so that after learning Katha’s affair Kailash will throw her out of their life.

Later, Jeetu bhai greets Teji also expresses his happiness of her decision to sign the new employees hiring letter. Teji sees Katha so goes to her cabin. She apologises to Katha for making her feel awkward. Katha assures she is fine when Teji is around. Teji then tells Katha that more than Viaan, Katha understands her the most. She further shows her friends daughter’s photo saying she wish to let Viaan meet her also asks Katha’s opinion on this. Katha sees Viaan’s interaction with one of the employee then forces a smile.

Precap: Aarav shares his plan with Robin that his mother will help him. Katha follows Aarav’s instructions. She then hides herself seeing something. Later, Viaan explains his idea to the team. Katha scolds Viaan. At night Ehsan gets annoyed by Viaan’s decision to learn about fatherhood through an internet. Viaan says to Ehsan it’s his goal which he wanted to earn it at any cost.
