The episode starts with Kailash asking Yuvraj the reason behind his attack on Viaan. Yuvraj remains silent, so Kailash slaps him. Kavita questions Yuvraj, but the latter tells Viaan he is dead for him and then goes inside. Kavita and Kailash cries hard, hugging each other. The guest leaves from there.
Katha, Ehsan, and the Raghuvanshi bring an unconscious Viaan to the hospital. Ehsan promises not to let anything happen to Viaan. Doctors and nurses arrive there and take Viaan to an operation theater. But before they could take Viaan inside the operation theater, Katha explains Viaan’s state to the doctor’s.
Later, the nurse comes out of the operation theater and says Viaan needs B (-ve) blood. Vanya tells her she is the same blood group and goes with the nurse to give blood. Teji cries hard and leaves from there. Maya goes behind her. Katha sees Viaan from outside the operation theater and hope’s Viaan will recover soon.
Teji cries and regrets agreeing to Maya’s plan to separate Katha and Viaan. She also blames herself for Viaan’s current state, not realizing the outcome of their plan. Maya cries with Teji and tells her that if she had known that Yuvraj would react this way, then she would never execute her this plan. Teji gets upset and leaves from there. Maya gets hurt.
In Garewal’s house, Kailash and Kavita wonder the reason behind Yuvraj’s hatred for Viaan all of sudden, though he looked happy before the ceremony begins. Kailash suspects there must be some big reason behind Yuvraj’s outburst. He confronts Reet about it, but the latter acts clueless. In the hospital, Katha waits outside the operation theater. She receives a call from Kailash, who inquires her about Viaan’s health condition. Katha breaks down on the call about her fate, which always brings her to fight with it for her loved one’s life. She then asks Kailash whether Yuvraj told him the reason behind his outburst towards Viaan. Kailash says no, so Katha asks Kailash to pass her message to Yuvraj that she will return home with Viaan and confront Yuvraj, and Yuvraj has to answer all her questions. Kailash cries then goes inside.
Ehsan comes to Katha. Katha wonders the reason behind Yuvraj’s attack on Viaan. All of sudden , Viaan also refuses to defend himself. Ehsan recalls Yuvraj and Viaan’s interaction during the fight and realises the reason behind Yuvraj’s outburst. He leaves from there. Later, Ehsan meets Maya and questions her for turning Yuvraj against Viaan, which puts Viaan in a life-threatening situation. Maya tries to act clueless, but Ehsan’s persuasion makes her confess her deeds. Ehsan warns Maya and then leaves from there.
In Garewal’s house, Kailash once again tries to learn the reason behind Yuvraj’s hatred for Viaan, but Yuvraj refuses to tell him anything, so Kailash beats up Yuvraj Aarav arrives there and expresses his disappointment towards Yuvraj for attacking. Viaan also demands his grandparents to tell him about his parent’s whereabout and inquires about their well-being. Kavita hugs Aarav.
In the hospital, Katha assures a crying Teji that Viaan will recover for sure. Inside, the doctors get worried about seeing Viaan’s worsening health. Katha and the family members learn about it, and Katha enters the operation theater where she gets shocked witnesseing Viaan’s fight for life. She falls unconscious, so the doctor’s rushes towards her. Meanwhile, Aarav demands his grandparents to take him to Katha and Viaan.
Precap: Katha, Teji gets happy when the doctor informs them about Viaan’s improved health condition. Maya sends Yuvraj to prison. Katha confronts Yuvraj. She then gets shocked learning Maya provoked Yuvraj against Viaan.
