The episode starts with Maya telling Katha that the latter will fight with the world but what about Katha. Katha gets shocked. Maya blackmails Katha saying what would be Aarav’s reaction learning Viaan hurt his mother and his mother suffered a lot to save his life. She further adds that Aarav loves and trust Viaan a lot but if he gets to know that Katha suffered a lot because of Viaan then how will he react? Katha asks her if she is going to stoop this low to satisfy her ego? Maya stares at Katha.
Aarav enters the hospital with Kavita. Meanwhile, Maya takes Katha inside and tells her that the latter don’t have any other option left for her. Katha gets stunned and asks Maya what she had done to her because of which she is doing all this? Maya tells Katha it’s not the latter’s mistake but the only mistake is Katha is being a single mother. Katha gets confused. Maya confides in with Katha about how her life has changed after her son got married to a single mother like Katha. So she can’t let her sister Teji endure the pain in which she had suffered already. She also tells Katha both her and Teji doesn’t want the latter for Viaan so she will do everything in her power to separate Katha and Viaan.
There, Aarav and Kavita meets an unconscious Viaan in his room. Aarav makes a promise to take care of Viaan after the latter returns home also encourages Viaan to recover soon. Kavita gets emotional hearing Aarav’s conversation with Viaan. Meanwhile, Katha pleads with Maya not to snatch Aarav from Viaan who after so long have a father figure of his own. Maya refuses to back off from her decision by defending her decision is right to separate Katha and Viaan for Viaan’s well-being. She further tells Katha that she may not tell Aarav about her and Viaan’s secret but someone might tell him. She then says Katha to choose Aarav’s future over her love because Aarav may get depressed learning the truth. Katha gets shocked.
Vanya recalls Ehsan’s confession to him and tries to speak with him but Mr.Gupta arrives there and makes up an excuse with his lies. Ehsan threatens him to blacklist him and his vendors if he doesn’t tell the truth to him. Mr.Gupta ends up revealing it’s Maya who is behind all this. Ehsan gets shocked and urges Vanya to accompany him to the hospital. Vanya gets confused but goes with Ehsan.
Here, Maya reminds Katha about her first gift to her and Viaan which is a sun and moon’s painting and tells Sun and moon can never appear at same time as they both have unique characteristics and compares those with Katha-Viaan’s relationship and asks Katha to leave Viaan. Katha reminds her about Sun and Moon appearing at same time once in a while and compares those with her and Viaan’s relationship also refuses to back off from Viaan then leaves.
Katha gets surprised seeing Aarav and Kavita in the hospital. She takes Aarav with her to meet Viaan. The doctor informs Katha there is no improvement in Viaan’s health so Katha says to Aarav that they should pray for Viaan and takes him with her. Maya smirks at her. Later, Katha gets shocked not finding Aarav beside her so she comes out and finds Aarav with Maya. She rushes to him. Aarav tells Katha about Maya’s story about a mother who suffered a lot because of a man which her son accepted as his father. He struggles to breath which makes Katha worry. Katha assures the mother in the story will definitely fight against all odds and hugs him. Maya smirks.
