The episode starts with Katha trying to calm down Aarav saying the child’s mother will soon recover then gives him some water and then glares at Maya. Maya goes to Katha and explains she wanted to see Aarav’s reaction so she has done this. She further says to Katha that her confidence level has decreased seeing Katha’s confidence but she knows after witnesseing Katha, this state of Aarav, now Katha has no other option but to choose Aarav over Viaan. Katha feels helpless.
Nurse informs Viaan gained his consciousness. Aarav persuades Katha to meet Viaan. Katha remains silent. Kavita arrives there. Maya signs at Katha so the latter convinces Aarav to go home with Kavita saying Viaan isn’t in a state to speak a lot with anyone. Kavita takes Aarav with him. Katha stares at Maya. Maya smirks.
Katha enters Viaan’s room. Viaan looks at Katha and recalls Yuvraj who informed him that he is aware about the secret and he faces difficulties in breathing so Katha rushes to him and calms him down saying everything is fine so asks him not to worry also hugs him. Viaan calms down eventually.
Katha apologises to Viaan saying that the latter doesn’t deserve this while Viaan says even Katha doesn’t deserve to encounter this situation which she had faced it before. Katha talks about her been in the similar situation and how she used to lose hope but then she finds a new hope to live her life. She then talks to Viaan about their love story in the past tense so Viaan gets suspicion and inquires her about it. Katha tells Viaan that their relationship don’t have any future which shocks Viaan. Viaan tries to persuade Katha to start their life afresh leaving all this. Katha tells him that Yuvraj got to know about their secret so she can’t risk anything. Viaan pleads with Katha to give him a chance he will make everything right also try his best to make her forget about that night. Katha recalls Aarav and her happy moments so firmly states Viaan they have to separate to protect their people’s peace. Viaan refuses to let go of Katha’s hand but Katha gets succeed removing her hold and leaves from there. Viaan removes the IVs and tries to follow Katha but fails and falls down the ground. Katha comes to the reception and breaksdown. They both recalls their moments together. Hamari Adhuri Kahani plays in the background.
Doctor and nurse takes Viaan to the bed and struggles to keep him stable. Meanwhile, Ehsan sees Katha crying in the reception so rushes to her. Katha gives responsibility to Ehsan to take good care of Viaan. Ehsan gets shocked by Katha’s decision so pleads with her not to leave Viaan. He further tells her that he is aware about her and Viaan’s secret and he will always support her. Katha cries hard and demands Ehsan not to tell Viaan about Maya’s conspiracy then leaves.
Katha reaches home. Aarav inquires Katha about Viaan. Katha informs Aarav about her separation with Viaan. Aarav gets heartbroken and questions Katha. Katha feels helpless and tries to calm down Aarav. Aarav decides to bring back Viaan but Katha stops him also refuses to tell him the reason behind their separation. Aarav breaksdown saying Viaan isn’t his father but his Robin, his best friend so how could Katha do such thing. Katha remains silent.
Precap: Teji gives credit to Katha for Viaan’s recovery. Kavita questions Katha for her decision to break up with Viaan. Kailash gets shocked learning Katha’s decision through Viaan. Ehsan informs Viaan about Maya’s evil actions.
