The episode starts with Malini calling for Adi. Adi and Giriraj are beside Malini. Adi leaves. Malini asks Giriraj who the guy is that Kavya shot at. Giriraj says there was no one there. Malini says it was the ward boy who changed Kavya’s medicine. Malini says she saw him.
Vicky meets Kavya at the police station. Vicky tries to cheer up Kavya and asks her what the next step is. Kavya says she will think about the next step when she knows what to do. Rajiv comes and apologizes to Kavya for not trusting her. Vicky teases Rajiv about it.
Malini says to Giriraj that she has been silent all these years, thinking about him. Malini begs Giriraj to tell the truth to Adi.
Adi asks Giriraj what the truth is that they are talking about. Giriraj confesses his crime to Adi, saying that Kavya hasn’t aborted the baby and admitting that he is behind it, as he is part of the medical scam that Seema Chowdary is involved in. Adi lashes out at Giriraj after hearing this and throws Giriraj in jail.
Giriraj later wakes up from his nightmare. Adi asks Giriraj again what the truth is that they are talking about.
Kavya is shown to have returned home to her family. Kavya gets a call from the secretary. Kavya later tells her family that there is going to be an inquiry on her and says if she isn’t able to prove the truth in the inquiry, she will be suspended.
Vicky asks Kavya not to worry and says there are still 12 to 14 hours left, and asks Kavya to come and look for the ward boy with him. Kavya asks Vicky how they will do it. Vicky says they will figure out a way and asks Kavya not to worry. Kavya agrees.
Giriraj tells Adi that the doctor said Malini is fine and that she will be cured soon. Giriraj later signals Malini not to tell the truth. Malini asks Adi why he is misunderstanding Kavya once again, like in the past. Adi asks Malini why she is speaking like that and asks her to tell him if she knows anything. Malini asks Adi to trust his heart and asks if he really thinks Kavya can do something like that. Giriraj turns on the news. Adi sees reporters badmouthing Kavya in the media.
Adi confronts the reporter and beats him up for badmouthing Kavya. The reporter later leaves. Sanjiv asks Adi what he is thinking.
Anjali comes to Adi and says he has gone mad and criticizes him. Anjali tells Adi how she was the only one who had hope in him, but he destroyed her hope with his actions. Anjali says Kavya and Vicky are looking for proof that Kavya is innocent and says they will find it. Anjali later reveals that Rajiv is thinking of marrying Kavya off to Vicky, and if Kavya says yes, she will leave Adi’s life, and he will be the one to blame for it, not anyone else. Adi thinks he can’t lose Kavya.
Episode ends.
Precap: Vicky asks Adi to leave Kavya to him. Rajiv informs Kavya that they are planning to get her married to Vicky.
The episode starts with Kavya and Vicky arriving at the venue to find traces of the ward boy. They reach the location where Kavya shot the ward boy. Vicky notices a CCTV camera and suggests they check the footage. Kavya says it’s pointless, as the people responsible would have covered their tracks. Vicky insists they should still give it a try.
Giriraj tells Malini that he worked hard to reach his current position and warns that if the truth comes out, his reputation and everything he has will be ruined. Giriraj pressures Malini to choose between Adi’s happiness or his dead body.
Vicky informs Kavya that she was right, and it appears that someone has deleted the entire CCTV footage.
The head waiter brings three waiters who were working at the venue for Adi’s political meeting.
Kavya examines the waiters and tells the head waiter and Vicky that none of them is the ward boy. Vicky admits the plan has failed and asks Kavya what they should do next.
Kavya reassures Vicky not to worry, saying she has found someone who can help them locate the ward boy. She points to one of the waiters the head waiter brought in.
Kavya and Vicky question the waiter about the ward boy’s whereabouts. The waiter claims he knows nothing. Kavya points out that the shirt he’s wearing is two sizes too big for him and that he’s wearing a Durga locket, while his ID card identifies him as Robert. She demands the truth. The waiter admits the head waiter paid him to stand in line but says he knows nothing more.
A paper is thrown at Adi through a window, with a note stating that the security guard has been bribed. Adi, seeing this, makes the guard swear on his job and demands the truth.
Anjali visits Malini. Malini expresses hope that the security guard will confess the truth.
In a flashback, Malini tells Anjali that she saw the ward boy Kavya shot but can’t reveal the truth to anyone. Malini tells Anjali there is a way to help Kavya and asks for her assistance. Anjali agrees.
Malini thanks Anjali for her help in supporting Kavya.
Bablu, the ward boy responsible for changing the medicine three years ago, which led to the death of Kavya’s unborn baby, calls the head waiter and says he has been shot and needs help immediately. Manoj (Seema’s PA) instructs the head waiter to tell Bablu they will give him Rs 5 lakhs and take him to a doctor. He also asks the head waiter to find out Bablu’s location. The head waiter agrees.
Manoj calls Seema to inform her that Bablu has contacted the head waiter. Giriraj orders his men to capture Bablu. Manoj complies.
Seema praises Giriraj for initially wanting to tell the truth to Adi but now handling the situation. Giriraj admits that while he loves his son, he loves his position even more, and says he would kill anyone who threatens it.
The waiter takes Kavya and Vicky to his home and reveals that three years ago, his wife had a miscarriage at RTG Hospital due to fake medicine, and she’s still suffering from the trauma. He confesses that this is why he did it for money. Kavya realizes it’s the same hospital where she had her miscarriage. Vicky wonders how many similar cases might have occurred. Kavya asks Vicky to investigate how many miscarriages took place at that hospital and nearby ones. Vicky agrees.
Kavya tries to sneak into the head waiter’s office. Adi pulls her aside, warning her that Manoj, Seema’s PA, is around, and if he sees her, it could be a problem. Kavya asks Adi if he found out Seema’s involvement.
Adi explains that a waiter told him there was another person who stole the gun from him and pointed it at Kavya.
Kavya questions why Adi only believes her innocence when others provide proof. Adi admits he’s tired of always blaming her and says he just wants to uncover the truth now.
Kavya persuades the waiter to talk to the head waiter. While the head waiter is distracted, Kavya checks his phone.
Adi pulls Kavya back as the head waiter returns to his office.
Later, Vicky calls Kavya and informs her that 803 miscarriages occurred three years ago due to the fake medicine. Kavya resolves to get justice for all the victims.
Kavya gets into a car. Adi asks to accompany her, but Kavya refuses, saying she doesn’t need his help, and drives off.
Episode ends.
