The episode starts with Adi noticing the name on the pen. Anurag assures Giriraj that he will not allow anything to happen to Omi. Anurag burns the Angel Pharma receipt.
Adi thinks what is the connection between Angel Pharma and Omi.
Anurag shows the ashes now Kavya has no connection with Omi. Giriraj smiles at Anurag.
Adi recalls Rajiv’s words asking him to find out the murderer of Navya Bansal. Adi thinks what is the connection between Omi and Navya’s death. Adi gets frustrated thinking about it. Adi accidentally drops the candle and a paper catches fire. Adi puts out the fire.
The next day, Kavya prays for Omi’s well being. Anjali and Rajiv come to the hospital to meet Kavya. Anjali reprimands Kavya for interfering in Alka and Omi’s matter. Anjali asks Kavya if she will be able to forgive herself if something happens to Omi. Kavya says nothing will happen to Omi.
The doctor reveals to Pradhan family that Omi has regained consciousness. Alka closes the door. Alka falls to Omi’s feet and says to Omi that she is responsible for all of this. The Pradhan family comes to Omi.
Alka says to Omi that she will do the operation so that she will not have kids and in the reports it will come that she is at fault. Alka asks Omi to spread the news that they couldn’t have kids due to her. Giriraj praises Alka’s sacrifice. Giriraj says to Omi that he will make sure no one calls him a Napunsak. Omi agrees.
Adi enquires about the pen from the people who made it. The shop owner says they did not make this pen. Adi puts Omi’s photo on his screen and leaves from there. The shop owner calls Adi saying he forgot his phone. The shop owner’s father recognises Omi and talks about him. The shop owner reminds his father that they will be alive if they keep their mouth shut. Adi eavesdrops their conversation and understands Omi has a connection with Angel Pharma.
Kavya takes Alka to a side and pleads Alka not to take any kind of decision that she will regret for life. Alka says who is she to question her decision. Kavya says she is like a sister to her. Giriraj comes to Kavya and says to Kavya that if she isn’t Adi’s wife he would have destroyed her. Kavya comments on it.
Adi returns home. Adi sees Malini and takes her to his room and asks Malini for the name of Omi’s Pharma company. Malini says it is Angel Pharma. Adi thinks this couldn’t happen. Malini asks Adi what is he worried about. Adi says Omi is the reason for Navya’s death.
Anurag comes to Kavya and asks Kavya to stop her campaign against the shop owners. Kavya doesn’t agrees to it and gives a befitting reply to Anurag.
