The episode starts with Kavya asking Omi if it feels good to hold somone else’s baby then he will be in heaven if he holds his own baby. Kavya asks Omi to stop Alka from doing the surgery. Kavya says Alka has proved that she is really his better half as she is willing to do this kind of sacrifice for Omi. Giriraj tries to take Alka for the surgery. Omi stops Giriraj and says Alka will not do the operation. Omi says Alka will not give up her right to cover up his weakness. Omi calls Alka and asks Alka to give him a chance to be better husband. Alka hugs Omi. Kavya feels relieved that Omi has changed his decision.
Adi leaves from there in anger. Malini comes to Adi and asks Adi what is he doing. Adi argues with Malini as she stopped him from telling the truth to Kavya as she is trying to protect Omi. Anurag overhears their conversation.
Alka says to Kavya that she doesn’t how much happy she is today and it is all because of her. Alka thanks Kavya.
Malini says to Adi that she doesn’t know anything about right and wrong she only wants her son to be safe. Adi tries to convince Malini to allow him to tell the truth to Kavya but Malini doesn’t agree to it.
Kavya says to Alka that she thinks Omi will also agree to the kid soon. Alka feels hopeful hearing this.
Adi thinks it’s no use talking to Malini and leaves from there. Anurag hides from Adi.
Kavya and Alka dance in celebration of Omi returning home. Adi takes his bag and leaves from there. Kavya stops Adi and asks Adi to dance with her. Adi doesn’t agree to it. Kavya asks Adi why is he angry. Malini covers up for Adi saying he is troubled with something.
Anurag announces of Omi coming home. Malini gives Aarti to Omi. Kavya shares a bit of her past with Navya.
Anurag reveals to Giriraj that Adi knows about Omi being behind Navya’s death. Giriraj doesn’t know what to do and calls his mother for advice and tells her what happened.
Kavya in the bees room flirts with Adi to cheer him up but Santu comes interrupts their romantic moment.
Giriraj’s mother advises Giriraj to create trouble for Kavya in such a way that she will not be to escape. Giriraj agrees.
Mishra comes and announces to Pradhan family that Omi will not sit in the Pooja this time. Giriraj argues with Mishra about it. Mishra says due to which person the party’s name is destroyed he is not worthy to sit in the poooja. Mishra asks Omi to resign from his position as youth party leader. Giriraj says he will also not sit in the Pooja if Omi doesn’t sit in the Pooja. Mishra agrees and leaves from there. Giriraj blames Kavya for this situation. Adi says Omi is not a saint that Omi is not at fault.
