The episode starts with Kavya rolling over and pushing Adi out of the bed. Adi wakes up and comments on Kavya. Kavya sees that she is being late. Kavya asks Adi why didn’t she wake him up on time and goes to get ready. Adi asks Kavya to first go and freshen up. Kavya agrees. Adi later flirts with Kavya. Kavya says she hasn’t applied for leave if not she would have stayed with him. Adi teases Kavya.
Omi helps Giriraj sit in the wheelchair. Omi says to Giriraj that if Kavya is in this house he is worried Kavya might find out the truth that he is responsible for Navya’s death. Giriraj says to Omi that he will not allow this marriage to continue. Omi says he thought Giriraj was siding with Kavya. Kavya is shown to be going to the office. Adi calls for Kavya. Omi says to Giriraj that if Kavya finds out he is the CEO of a vaccine company due to which Navya Bansal got blamed and committed suicide then he might end up going to jail. Omi says to Giriraj that his signature is on the papers and says he didn’t know these many people will die due to an expired vaccine and comments on it.
Giriraj comes to Malini and asks Malini about the first kitchen ritual of Kavya. Malini says Kavya hasn’t taken leave to do this ritual. Giriraj sees Adi and says to Adi that they will do the first kitchen ritual when she takes leave.
Giriraj decorates three dolls and thinks which one of the three dolls of Kavya as each doll represents a responsibility of Kavya. For example, Kavya’s wife responsibility. Kavya’s daughter in law responsibility. Kavya’s IAS officer responsibility. Kavya says to Giriraj that she will not allow even one of these dolls to fall.
Kavya says to Giriraj that she already took leave and she already made food for him as the first kitchen ritual and asks Giriraj to come and try the food.
Giriraj comes to the dining table. Giriraj sees that Kavya has made his favourite food. Malini says to Giriraj that he should taste the food and also give money to Kavya if the food is good. Malini tastes the food and praises Kavya. Malini asks Giriraj to give money to Kavya as a blessing. Giriraj later announces to everyone that there is going to be a Jagrata in the house tonight. Giriraj asks Kavya to do food for all the guests. Giriraj calls Alka to help Kavya but Maharaj says Alka isn’t feeling well today. It is shown that Giriraj orders to sleep on the bed and tell everyone she is not feeling well. Malini and Adi decide to help Kavya in the preparation for Jagrata.
Kavya and Malini start cooking food. Giriraj calls Malini to a side and asks Malini to call all of these guests in the list.
Adi helps Kavya in the cooking. Kajri calls Kavya and says to Kavya that some people tried to stop the women empowerment program and two of their people tried to stop it and the police took them away. Kajri calls Kavya for help. Kavya hearing this cuts the call. Kavya calls her colleague and asks him to go to the office. The colleague agrees.
Malini tries to help Kavya in the kitchen but Giriraj calls Malini and asks Malini to make sure the Mandir is cleaned. Giriraj also sends Adi to bring some items from outside. Kavya has to do all of the work alone. Adi and Maharaj return home and see Kavya doing house work. Adi helps Kavya. Kavya gets a call from Kajri and learns that the police are beating up their people and nobody from her office came to help them. Kavya says she will come right away.
