The episode starts with Kavya and Rajiv coming to the hospital. Rajiv asks the nurse in the hospital where is the doctor. The nurse says he needs to make an appointment to meet the doctor. Rajiv says to the nurse that Kavya SDM is here and asks the nurse to call the doctor right away if not they will lose their jobs. The nurse hearing it comes to Kavya.
Kavya asks the nurse where is the doctor. The nurse says the doctor doesn’t stay here and says they will only come here when the villagers make an appointment every 4 days. Kavya comments on the doctor and asks the nurse to call the doctor right away. Kavya really suffers due to the stomach pain.
Anubha recalls what happened and suspects Shubh’s behaviour. Anubha gets a call from her mother saying they are reaching Lucknow tomorrow. Anubha agrees. Anubha decides to find out what is in Shubh’s mind.
Kavya sees the doctor and argues with the doctor why isn’t he here. The doctor makes up a reason for it. Kavya comments on the doctor. Kavya asks the doctor why is there no medicine here. The doctor says the government supply of medicine doesn’t come here. Kavya shows the medicine that she found outside and asks the doctor to check the batch no of this medicine. The doctor agrees. The doctor goes to look for the mid wife. Adi comes to Kavya. Kavya loses consciousness due to the pain.
Kavya wakes up after a while and sees she is getting treatment. Kavya learns from the doctor that Adi brought the whole hospital to the village for her. Adi learns from the doctor that Kavya and the baby are fine. Adi argues with Kavya. Adi asks Kavya if she still wants to stay here after what happened.
Anubha comes to Shubh and sees Shubh leaving to Babuwa village for Kavya. Anubha asks Shubh if he really wants to do this marriage. Shubh says yes. Shubh comments on It.
Kavya says she wants to stay here. Kavya says this village needs her. Adi argues with Kavya saying that this place is not safe for her and he makes the decision for Kavya that she will not stay here and leaves from there.
Kavya with the help to Rajiv walks to a side. Kavya learns from Rajiv that Adi is making a call to take her away from here. Kavya sends Rajiv away. A woman hits Kavya and blames Kavya for her kid dying as there is no proper medicine here. The police arrest the woman.
The villagers shout slogans against Kavya and says if they hurt the woman then she will not be safe. The villagers ask Kavya to leave from here and come here with proper medicine if not she will die. The villagers leave from there. Adi argues with Kavya and tries to take her away from her but Kavya doesn’t agree.
