The episode starts with Kavya asking Giriraj why did he do this as he exactly knows that her father will not come here. Giriraj comments on Kavya and says to Kavya that he arranged the reception tomorrow and it depends on her if Rajiv is going to come to the reception.
Malini scolds Omi and Alka as they created a scene in the Jaagran. Adi comments on the situation. Malini asks Adi what will they do about the reception and asks if Rajiv will come to the reception. Adi stays silent.
The next day, Kavya asks Adi for bed coffee saying her father used to wake her up with bed coffee. Adi brings coffee for Kavya and wakes her up. Kavya calls Anjali and asks Anjali if she talked to Rajiv. Anjali says she is scared to talk to Rajiv. Kavya reminds Anjali that her reception is this evening. Anjali agrees.
Kavya gets a call from Varma the constable. Varma says to Kavya that Mukund Pandey is reopening Adi’s case and he is preparing the charge sheet. Varma says to Kavya that she only has 10 hrs and after that Adi will be in jail. Kavya cuts the call. Adi asks Kavya if she is worried about Rajiv not coming to wedding. Adi makes a promise to Kavya that Rajiv will definitely come to the wedding and he will make sure of it. Kavya agrees.
Malini and Anjali come to Kavya’s house and invite Anjali to come to the wedding. Rajiv comes home.
Kavya asks Giriraj to give her the pen drive saying Adi’s proof of innocence is in that pen drive. Giriraj asks Kavya if she wants to be a hero in Adi’s eyes by taking that pen drive. Kavya asks Giriraj how will he feel if Adi gets arrested at his own reception. Giriraj says he will never allow that to happen.
Rajiv says to Anjali and Adi that he will not be able to come to the reception and says he doesn’t know anything about Anjali and comments on her.
Giriraj searches for the pendrive but he doesn’t find the pendrive. Kavya asks Giriraj who knows that the pen drive is here. Giriraj recalls that Mukund knows that the pendrive is here so he might have stolen it.
Anjali asks Adi to tell Kavya that Rajiv will not come and says Kavya will be disappointed. Adi says he gave word to Kavya that he will bring Rajiv to the reception no matter what.
The police come to Giriraj Pradhan’s house to arrest Adi. Mukund calls Giriraj and taunts Giriraj saying he sent a few people to gift Adi handcuffs. Mukund asks Giriraj how could he think Mukund will not do anything when he hurt Radhika. Mukund asks Giriraj to not think about hurting Alka. Giriraj says he will not leave him. Mukund cuts the call. Giriraj asks the police to wait for a while.
Kavya convinces Giriraj to join hands with her to save Adi. Giriraj agrees and joins hands with Kavya. Kavya says it is her responsibility to bring the evidence and leaves from there.
Adi puts Kavya on speaker phone. Kavya acts as if she is feeling sick and tells Adi how much she is missing her father. Adi makes sure Rajiv overhears their conversation. Rajiv leaves after a while. Adi later cuts the call.
Giriraj calls the home Minister and asks the home minister for help. The home minister agrees to give 1 hour grace period at Giriraj’s request. The home minister says the police will not arrest Adi for 1 hour. Giriraj thanks the home minister.
Kavya calls Kajri’s village people and asks for their help saying the person who attacked the collector is in their village and they only have 1 hour to find him. Kajri’s village people agree to help her.
Adi and Malini are shown to be welcoming the guests at the reception. Adi thinks where has Kavya gone. Kavya thinks she can’t go to the reception without proof.
