The episode starts with Kavya leaving from Adi. Adi thinks why is Kavya behaving weirdly today. Kavya sees Malini. Kavya asks Malini if she can go with her. Malini agrees.
Malini and Kavya come to an old age home. Malini hears bad news that Tempo got into an accident and all of the food has been ruined.
Malini shares her pain with Kavya. Malini says to Kavya that today is her first son’s Vardhanti. Malini says she lost her son here. Malini says to Kavya how she lost her son. Malini says at that time she had a miscarriage due to mental stress. Malini says at that time Giriraj supported her against his family and said to them that he would not leave her. Later Giriraj made her choose between her ideals and her family. Malini says she chose family that’s why she left the job.
Rajiv shares his concern with Jayadeep over Kavya’s postings. Jayadeep says to Rajiv that Bamalpur posting is quite troublesome and says Kavya can handle it. Jayadeep says Shubh will also be with Kavya every step of the way.
Kavya and Malini prepare food for the people in the old age home. Malini and Kavya talk about Giriraj and Malini’s argument. Adi comes to the old age home and asks Malini why does she always come here every year on this day and gets emotional. Kavya asks Adi to respect Malini’s privacy. Adi says that is just a stupid reason to hide things. Kavya and Adi get into an argument. Giriraj brings food to the old age home. Giriraj sees that Adi and Kavya already prepared Halwa. Kavya thinks this is the right chance to make Giriraj and Malini get together. Kavya drops the Halwa and apologises to Malini. Malini and Giriraj serve food to people in the old age home.
Kavya sees that there is no auto or a cab. Adi offers Kavya a lift but Kavya doesn’t accept it and says she will leave by walk. Adi says to Kavya that he knows that she dropped the Halwa wantonly to make Malini and Giriraj get together. Adi makes Kavya sit on his bike and gives her lift.
Kavya gets down from the bike at her house and puts the helmet aside. The parents come and greet Kavya. Kavya sees that they are parents of the baby who she saved last time. The parents of the baby say to Kavya that they put their daughter’s name Navya. Kavya feels happy hearing this and offers them money. They don’t accept it. Adi while taking to them tells them that Kavya’s marriage got fixed. The father of the baby thinks Adi and Kavya’s marriage got fixed but Shubh comes and clarifies to them that he and Kavya are getting married.

Precap:- Shubh is shown to be arguing with the father of the baby. Kavya stops it. Kavya decides to reveal to Jayadeep that Shubh destroyed Adi’s life in jealousy. Shubh reminds Kavya that she will destroy 3 people’s lives if she speaks the truth. Shubh asks Kavya if she will destroy 3 people’s lives by speaking the truth or one Adi’s life.
