The episode starts with Shubh pleading with Kavya to give him another chance. Kavya doesn’t listen to him and leaves from there. Shubh stops Kavya and says to Kavya that he will find Vendors for her. Kavya says then everyone will only say that she is taking favours. Shubh says he will not do anything that will stain her and his father’s name. Shubh asks Kavya to trust him. Shubh makes a call. Adi comes and asks Shubh why is he after Kavya? Shubh asks Adi what does he know about them?
Adi asks Shubh to control his feelings. Shubh argues. Kavya stops them. She tells them that she has work and asks them to leave. Adi tells Kavya that he didn’t know about his father’s plan. Kavya says she has work and asks them to leave.
Kavya goes upstairs. She cries. She thinks about Shubh’s confusion. She thinks about why her past always comes in front of her when she is near to her aim. Kavya thinks to call Anjali but she calls Malini by mistake. Malini asks Kavya why she sounds low. Kavya shares her problem with her. Malini gives her advice.
A pregnant woman who helped Kavya goes into labour. She comes to the hospital with labour. Kavya, Adi, and Shubh take the Pregnant lady to the hospital. Kavya calls Doctor. The doctor advises an injection seeing the lady’s condition. Kavya sends Shubh to bring the injection. Adi asks Kavya who will inject her. Kavya asks him to bring Payal. Adi brings Payal.
Watchman tries to take his wife from the hospital. Kavya stops him by threatening him. Kavya and her friends do pregnant lady’s delivery in the hospital. The baby doesn’t cry. The doctor on video call asks them to do CPR. Kavya tries to save a newborn using mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and it works and the baby starts crying. Everyone feels happy. They place the baby in Watchman’s hands. Watchman feels happy seeing his son. Watchman thanks Kavya for saving his baby. Kavya says she saved his baby with the help of her friends. Watchman asks Kavya to make the hospital for their village.
Kavya recalls Malini’s advice. She asks Shubh and Adi to make vendors deliver the products to finish the work. She asks Adi to make the village get the power using his father’s influence. Adi and Shubh agree.
Villagers chant Kavya and her team to leave their village. Shubh says he will make them get arrested. Kavya says no and says it’s time to talk to the villagers. Kavya and her batchmates come out with Watchman and his baby. Watchman tells them that they need a hospital. Kavya convinces Villagers to give them a chance. Villagers give her 3 days and leave. Kavya asks Shubh and Adi to do their work.

Adi’s family asks Adi if he loves Kavya. Adi says he likes Kavya. Adi comes and sees Kavya and Shubh painting the wall together.
