The episode starts with Sarkar’s man hitting the guy for stealing expensive necklace from Sarkar’s home. The guy tells he did not take the necklace. He says he got a box and saw there was a strange necklace tied to artifical braid so he didn’t take it. He pleads Sarkar to leave him. Sarkar threatens him and asks to go to location where he threw the necklace and find it. Sarkar gets a call to come for kuldevi puja. He leaves asking the guy to look after Ganesh.
Ritu’s room is shown full of wall with Sarkar’s photos. She says how he didn’t even compliment her even when she got ready for him. She obsessed over him and sticks another picture on the wall. Ritu tells Vikrant was looking even more handsome today and she feels so angry when other girls in the class drool over him as he belongs only to her and kisses his photo on the wall. Kirti’s family gets ready in traditional outfits for kuldevi puja and everyone smiles happily seeing Kirti wearing saree and compliments her. Puru says she is looking very different. Shrey makes excuse of not going for puja as he doesn’t want to wear dhoti but finally agrees.
While Shrey goes to change, he sees the box with Anjali’s belongings and opens to see it. He finds a photo and recalls his father finding same bracelet which is in it. At temple, Vikrant is doing Puja and when he turns around he finds Kirti there. He gets lost in beauty. Kirti stands beside Vikrant and her Bhua teases her about stealing Sarkar’s heart. Neha tells that Vikrant is smiling and blushing seeing her. Kirti asks them to focus on puja. Vikrant and Kirti keep stealing glances at each other during the puja.
Ganesh keeps saying that he has thrown the necklace away. The guy makes him drink alcohol and drinks along with him. The latter keeps crying and begging to let him go. The guy asks Ganesh in which class his son is. He asks why is he so desperate to find that strange necklace of hair braid. The guy tells Sarkar has murdered twelve ladies by his own hands and made that braid necklace using their hair. Shrey questions his father why was he looking for the necklace. But the latter doesn’t tell him anything.
Lights go off during the puja. Puru tells he will hide and they should look for him. Vikrant brings diya and Kirti leaves behind Puru after taking aarti. Folks perform and everyone enjoy sitting there. Aau tells all of them to go back home as she will come later after lighting 108 divas. Kirti stays back to accompany her. Ganesh tries to free himself using the candle kept there. Kirti sits alone and Vikrant looks at her. Ganesh burns the rope his hands are tied with. Vikrant questions Kirti if she is afraid of darkness as he is scared of it. The episode ends with him asking Kirti if he can sit beside her.
Precap Everyone teases Kirti about Sarkar being captivated by her beauty. Later in the fair, Sarkar will find Ganesh trying to reach police.
