Episode starts with Vikrant who comes in the police station to meet the police officer Mr Yadav. Vikrant alerts the police officer about Dev who is a dangerous man, has come in this locality. He asks Yadav to take care of this man. Vikrant is asked to describe the man. Meanwhile, Dev, the ex husband of Kirit comes in the police station, wearing the dress of a police officer. Dev, the police officer, mocks Vikrant moulding his own words and reminds that this is a police station, he couldn’t use his own power in this police station.
Vikrant says that he has come to take the belongings of Ritu. When Yadav proceeds to give him the box, Yadav is forbidden to share the evidences with anyone else. Dev doesn’t want to lose this case as it was a murder. Vikrant reminds it was a completely suicide case. Dev explains it’s their work to find the the truth, so he doesn’t want to return any belongings of Ritu to anyone. After leaving of Vikrant, Yadav is scolded by Dev Rathor as he was defaming the police department.
Here, Kirti has been very tensed as her ex husband Dev has returned in the same locality. She forbids Puru not to meet and talk with any stranger. Suddenly, Puru notices that his father Dev is appeared in the television. A interview between the Dev and media department is airing in the television, where Dev assures the inhabitants of the locality that he will find out that serial killer. He also shows the golden chain and tells he knows very well whose chain it is.
Seeing the golden chain, Kirti breaks down in tears as she realises that her chain has reached in the hand of Dev who will exploit this evidence. She couldn’t even understand how the goldeen chain reached to Dev. Though, Vikrant tries to calm her down but Kirti couldn’t understand how she will defend herself. She fobids Kirti no to think about the golden chain, Dev was intentionally trapping Kirti.
Here, Vikrant asks Kirti to describe the story, even it’s a lie but this will save the life of Kirti.. Kirit couldn’t understand she will handle the situation, but Vikrant gives her the courage to lie to Dev Rathor. At the same time, Dev appears in the door and wants to start a interrogation with Kriti. Kirti trembles in fear but she couldn’t help to answer the questions. Showing the golden chain, Dev asks Kirti whether it’s her chain. Kirti becomes nervous.
