The episode starts with Rohit addressing all the contestants. Rohit recounts how he previously asked them who they thought was the weakest among them. Most contestants initially named Shilpa, with some also mentioning Abhishek, Shalin, and Krishna.
Rohit then asks each contestant to explain their choice for the weakest contestant. After hearing their reasons, he announces that this week, he will divide the contestants into two teams: the Weak Khiladis and the Strong Khiladis.
In the Weak Khiladis team, we have Shilpa, Krishna, Abhishek, and Shalin. In the Strong Khiladis team, Sumona, Gashmeer, Nimrit, Karan Veer, and Niyati are included.
First Stunt: Rohit explains that the first stunt involves a helicopter. He asks Shalin to choose a contestant to compete against. Shalin opts to go against Niyati, as she had defeated him two weeks ago. Rohit agrees.
The stunt involves holding onto a rotating door with 10 flags on it. Contestants must collect as many flags as possible while the door rotates, is lifted by a helicopter, and water is poured over them.
Niyati goes first but fails to grab any flags and falls into the water, swimming to safety.
Next, Shalin performs the stunt. Despite the water and rotating door, Shalin manages to grab all 10 flags. After completing the stunt, Shalin jumps into the water.
Rohit announces the results: Shalin has collected all 10 flags, while Niyati has none. Consequently, Niyati receives the Fear Fanda and is moved to the Weak Khiladi team, while Shalin joins the Strong Khiladi team. Shilpa comments that it would have been better if Shalin had challenged Karan Veer for this stunt, as Shalin had previously called Karan Veer a weak contestant. Shalin tells Shilpa to let it go.
Rohit then brings the contestants to the location for the second stunt. He suggests playing Dum Sharats to release some tension, and the contestants agree.
Shalin and Nimrit go first for Dum Sharats. Shalin fails to guess Nimrit’s first guess and makes a comment about it.
Other contestants come forward and entertain everyone.
Second Stunt: Rohit announces that Abhishek will perform the second stunt and asks him to choose a strong contestant. Abhishek selects Sumona.
Rohit explains the second stunt: Contestants must stand on top of a truck, jump onto another truck, retrieve three keys from the second truck, and then get into a car within the truck. They must drive the car out of the truck and cross the finish line. The stunt will be timed, and the contestant with the shortest time will win.
Sumona goes first. She jumps from the truck to the second truck, retrieves the keys, and then drives the car out of the truck before crossing the finish line.
Abhishek follows, successfully completing the same stunt.
Rohit announces the results: Sumona took 5 minutes and 5 seconds, while Abhishek took 3 minutes and 30 seconds. As a result, Abhishek moves to the Strong Khiladi team, and Sumona receives the Fear Fanda.
Rohit brings the contestants to the third stunt location and tells Krishna that he will ask her a few statements, and she needs to tell him if they are true or not. Krishna agrees. Rohit then asks Krishna about some contestants, and she shares her opinions about them.
Third Stunt: Rohit tells Sumona that she will participate in this stunt and asks her to choose a strong Khiladi. Sumona decides to choose Karanveer.
Rohit explains the stunt to all the contestants. He says that in this stunt, they have to run, retrieve the first bone from the van, run forward, place the bone on a box, and then retrieve the second and third bones before running to the finish line. Rohit warns that dogs will be released on them while they are retrieving the bones and advises them to be careful of the dogs. He later reveals that Karanveer has a phobia of dogs. Shilpa says she didn’t know about this.
Karanveer then puts on a bite suit and starts the stunt. He retrieves the first bone, but a dog bites his leg. Despite the bite, Karanveer manages to place the bone on the red box and continues with the stunt. He successfully retrieves the second and third bones and crosses the finish line while dealing with both the dogs and his phobia.
Next, Shilpa takes on the stunt. She puts on a bite suit and begins retrieving the bones. A dog bites Shilpa’s leg, but she manages to move forward and place the bone on the red box. She retrieves the second bone and places it on the box as well. As Shilpa nears the finish line, a dog bites her again, causing her to fall to the ground. Despite this, Shilpa gets back up and crosses the finish line.
Rohit later announces the results, stating that Karanveer took 2 minutes and 30 seconds to complete the stunt, while Shilpa took 3 minutes and 50 seconds. Rohit declares that the strong Khiladi will stay in the strong Khiladi team.
