The episode starts with Rohit struggling to breathe. Dev calls for doctor while he’s struggling to believe what he just heard. He looks at Ayush who’s watching his father outside from the glass door. Dev calls the nurse who exchanged the babies and asks if it’s true that she exchanged his baby. The nurse accepts her mistake and apologizes for the same. She says she was in need of money badly at that time and thus committed the crime. Soha calls Dev to ask about his promise but Dev didn’t pick up the call.
Dev is shattered. A nurse comes out and gives a prescription to Ayush for buying medicines for Rohit. Ayush himself buys the medicine and calculates the money. Dev offers to help Ayush but he politely declines saying that he can manage. Dev is surprised seeing his maturity. He asks one nurse about Rohit’s family. Nurse says that his whole family is in Meerut and they are on the way. She says the neighbors brought the child upon knowing about his father’s accident. Dev requests her to call him for any need for the patient and asks her to look after the child. He books the next flight to Kolkata to find the truth.
Everyone are having food when Dev’s brother asks about him. Sonakshi says she doesn’t know when Ishwari asks how come she doesn’t know where her husband. Sonakshi gets irked. She recalls Natasha’s words and is lost in her thoughts when Dev comes there. She asks him about where he was as it was difficult for her to manage. Dev simply stares without answering any thing while Sonakshi understands that something is wrong. She asks what happened.
On the other hand, Ayush is taking good care of his father. Sonakshi is shattered upon learning about Ayush and Soha. She says she can’t believe it and asks him to check properly as something would definitely be wrong. She says Soha is her daughter and there’s no change in it. Dev says that he himself confirmed with the Nurse and shows the statement written by her for him. Sonakshi starts crying while a furious Dev wants to sue the hospital and the nurse. Sona pleads him not to do so as it would hurt many people.
Dev and Sonakshi both doesn’t know how to handle the big revelation. Dev fights with Sonakshi for not knowing about her child out of his frustration. Sonakshi argues back. They both spends sleepless night unable to figure out a solution.
Sonakshi is lost in Soha’s memories. She dreams of spending time with Soha when suddenly Inspector barges in and demands to take away Soha from her as she’s not her child. Sonakshi fights with the police to let go off her daughter but Soha gets dragged away. Sonakshi wakes up and cries seeing Soha.
Precap : Dev and Sona visits Ayush’s house. They asks his grandparents whether Ayush know the truth. They both meet Ayush. Dev and Sonakshi about to reveal the truth to Ishwari.
