Episode starts with, Hem Raj asking Dhaval to see something on the board that he has written. He finds his own name. He tells Mota Bhai that without any proof he wouldn’t doubt anyone. Dhaval accepts his guilt but says that his motive wasn’t bad. He has never done anything that would go against him. He says that he is the one who did it all. He says that he had already seen how he took out the passport from the locker and hid it. He had kept it back in its place.
Dhaval says that he didn’t want to create more distance between him and Naren that’s why he did this. Hem Raj says that he was trying to buy some time by hiding it. Dhaval says he wouldn’t let Naren leave for America forever since he has identified Naren’s business skills and can’t let Naren leave. He asks if even after all this, he still wants to admit all things in front of the family. Hem Raj drags him and brings him out in front of the family. Hem Raj says all Dhaval wanted was to keep this family united.
Naren thanks Dhaval for trying to sort the problems between him and his father but says that he still wants to leave since he can’t see three lives getting wasted. He says he will leave for Mumbai the next morning where he has an appointment for his visa. He asks everyone to take care and forgive him if possible. Hem Raj gets a call and smiles after talking to someone. Ratansi visits the party office. He is asked what help he can do. Hem Raj says that he has a small diamond business in Rajkot and wants to extend that business. He asks for a portion of land from his land for a factory. He tells Hem Raj about his new project and a land named Upleta. He has bought the land at double the rate but couldn’t convince six people to leave the land. He makes a deal with Hem Raj. If he is able to convince those six people, his work would also be done.
Next morning, Naren gets out to leave. His mother gives her passport to Naren and asks him to take her along with him. He says she can’t come with her. Chanchal cries so Naren asks her not to cry. He says he is just going to Mumbai for the visa appointment now. He gets a call from Nandini so Chanchal asks him to talk to her. Nandini asks if he hasn’t canceled the Mumbai plan. Naren asks why he should cancel. Nandini says that Mehul just came to her house and he said that Hem Raj just informed them that he wants to come to their place to fix their wedding. Naren exclaims in joy and says to everyone that he has canceled the plan to leave for the US.
He informs the family that he got a call from Nandini who informed him that Hem Raj has agreed to fix their marriage. Naren dances with joy. Chanchal informs Ba but she says that she must not be so happy for his husband’s defeat. Nandini also dances at her home in joy.
