The episode starts with Heta Baa informing Nandini that something has happened to Ishwar, so she urges them to come soon. Nandini goes to Ishwar’s room. She gets shocked seeing his state. She tries to make Ishwar gain his consciousness. Also, she asks Vinnet to call the doctor. Vineet informs that the doctor isn’t answering the calls, so Nandini decides to bring the doctor by herself. She washed off the mehendi from her hand, saying nothing is important for her than her, her uncle Ishwar. She then leaves. Heta Baa thinks in her mind that Nandini has done an inauspicious thing, which isn’t good for her future.
In Ratansi’s house, Anusya Baa asks the men in the family to feed food to their wives. She asks HemRaj to begin, which the latter obliges, and he feeds to Chanchal, which brings a smile on everyone’s face. Dhaval and Ronak remain upset. HemRaj looks at Ronak, who feeds Rupa without having any other option, but Dhaval leaves the place when Hetal looks away from him, which shocks everyone. Naren goes to Hetal. He convinces her to have food. Everyone looks happy. Kinjal complains to the family members about her being hungry, so Naren asks Devyan to feed Kinjal. Kinjal hides her happiness. Devyan feeds Kinjal, but the latter stares at him in a loving way, which shocks Devyan. Kinjal scolds herself for her behaviour towards Devyan after he goes inside to bring the water.
In Upleta, Ishwar gains his consciousness. Mani inquires with him about his health condition. Ishwar assures her that she is fine. Mani expresses her disappointment towards Nandini for going outside to bring a doctor for Ishwar. She questions Vishaka for not stopping Nandini, but Vishaka tells her that she tried to stop, but she failed in it. Mani gets upset. Nandini arrives there with a doctor for Ishwar. The doctor checks Ishwar, and then he advises him not to stress himself. Nandini agrees with the doctor. She scolds and also threatens Ishwar, saying if the latter doesn’t fail to take care of himself, then she will call off the wedding. Mani scolds Nandini. Nandini defends her act.
At night, Naren appreciates Nandini for her decision to treat Ishwar instead of giving importance to the rituals. They both have a conversation about Ishwar’s well-being. Naren shares with Nandini about the wedding arrangements plan, which doesn’t like as they have to use animals. Meanwhile, Hetal has a conversation with her daughter Kirti. She learns Kirti won’t be able to take part in Naren’s wedding. Dhaval hears Hetal’s conversation. He gets upset and angry.
Jalpa criticises both Hetal and Dhaval’s relationship to Jigar. Hetal and Dhaval have an argument in front of Jigar. Jigar gets upset and angry. After Hetal leaves the place, Jigar questions Dhaval for staying with Hetal for all these years, though they both hate each other. The next day, Anusya Baa reminds Ronak about his love for Naren during their childhood days. She also advises Ronak to tag with them to Upleta take part in Naren’s wedding, but Ronak refuses. Meanwhile, Nandini gets emotional while sharing her childhood memories with her family members to Vishaka.
