The episode starts with Aryan thinking Ranbir will kill him if he finds everything is fine. He thinks about what to do in tension. He collides with Shahana. They argue with each other. Shahana makes him say sorry spelling. He realizes she manipulated him to say sorry and confronts her. Shahana sees Sid coming out of the cabin and goes to him. Aryan collides with another girl. Aryan apologises to her and they smile at each other. Shahana tells Sid that’s why she hates Aryan. Aryan reminds her she didn’t even thank him for making her get the doctor’s appointment. Shahana asks him to not expect it and she is about to leave with Sid. Aryan says a double sided lady. Sid advises him to talk with girls with respect. Aryan asks how to talk with your kind of man. Shahana tries to stop him.
Aryan asks her why she is caring for a selfish man. Sid asks him to stop. Aryan mocks Sid and his step sister. Shahana says she can’t keep calm anymore and you don’t know what Sid did for his step sister. Aryan asks what he did. Shahana tells Aryan that Alia and Rhea have kidnapped Sid’s sister and blackmailed him to call Prachi’s baby as his and has to marry her if he wants to see his sister alive. She says if Sid doesn’t do this, then Rhea will kill Mihika. Aryan gets shocked. Ranbir, Rhea, and Prachi hear this. Rhea says No in anger. Ranbir looks at Rhea. Rhea tells Ranbir that Shahana is lying. She confronts Sid about why he exposed her. She calls her men and asks them to kill Mihika. Shahana says it’s her fault. Aryan says true, it’s your fault. She comes out from her imagination.
Ranbir asks Doctor and Rhea what’s happening and what they meant by exposing. Prachi asks them to reveal what they are talking? Prachi thinks Doctor might want to expose Rhea and I won’t let Rhea abort her baby. Madhurima says Rhea’s pregnancy has some complications. Prachi asks what complications. Madhurima says she will confirm after the tests and takes Rhea with her. Ranbir asks Prachi to not take the stress. He makes her sit and goes to get her water. Prachi sees a message on Rhea’s phone. She takes a photo of it. Ranbir gives her water. She drinks it.
Shahana argues with Aryan saying it’s not her mistake. Sid says Shahana stop it yaar. Aryan asks him to not call Shahana as Yaar. Shahana says she is his friend. Aryan asks Shahana to not trust Sid as he is a housebreaker. Shahana asks if he won’t talk to his mom if she tells him that his mom is the head of the conspiracy. He asks what she means.
Rhea thanks Madhurima for saving her. She apologises to her for doubting her. Madhurima asks her to try a small baby bump. Ranbir asks Prachi how many chocolates she stole. Prachi says 4. He also steals 4 chocolates. Rhea and Madhurima come out of the checking room. Prachi asks how are they. Madhurima says the stress level is high. She says Ranbir to keep Rhea away from stress. Ranbir says it happens to every woman and I will try to keep her away from stress. They leave.
Aryan asks Shahana to tell him what his mom has done. Shahana is about to reveal. Sid stops her. Shahana makes him sit in the chair. She argues with Aryan. Sid asks Shahana to shut up. Ranbir, Prachi, and Rhea come there. Ranbir asks what happened. Aryan says Shahana is creating a scene and I’m leaving. Aryan asks Prachi if she is fine. Rhea says I came to the hospital and the doctor said I need extra care and I know Ranbir will take care of me. She sees Sid and asks him what happened. Sid asks Shahana to take him out. Ranbir asks what happened to him. Shahana says they came to the hospital for Sid. Ranbir says let’s go and leaves. Once everyone leaves, Prachi calls to the massage salon. Prachi calls as Rhea’s assistant to check if Rhea booked a deep tissue massage or not and also to check if Alia also booked a massage. The receptionist says only Rhea booked a massage and there is no one with Alia Khanna. Prachi understands that only Rhea booked a massage and Alia didn’t.
Ranbir gets in the car. Rhea also gets in the car and says she is not angry with him anymore. Ranbir sees Rhea and asks Aryan to take his car and says he is tired. Ranbir takes Aryan car and drives Prachi and Shahana. Prachi decides to confront Rhea in the massage salon on why she is having deep tissue massage even while she is pregnant. The receptionist calls Rhea and asks for confirmation of the appointment and Rhea says she should have called before. The receptionist says she didn’t call because she talked with her assistant. Rhea asks about it? The receptionist says she talked with her assistant. Rhea gets suspicious hearing this.
