The episode starts with Purvi telling Jasbir that she loves RV, and no one, not even him, can separate her from RV. Jasbir raises his hand to hit Purvi but immediately realizes his mistake and apologizes. He asks Shera to slap him as punishment for raising his hand against her. Jasbir apologizes again and tells Purvi not to speak in such a way, saying he gets angry when he hears it. He assures her that she will love him once they are married. Purvi refuses to marry him, and Jasbir continues to taunt her. He then instructs Shera to kill Purvi if she refuses to marry him, adding that Shera should kill him too, as he won’t be able to live without her. Shera agrees.
Jasbir places a garland around Purvi’s neck and forces her to do the same for him. He then ties the sacred knot, preparing to take the phere (wedding vows) with Purvi.
Meanwhile, the police inspector orders RV and the reporters to leave or face consequences. When they refuse, the inspector commands his constables to take action. The cops begin beating RV and the reporters. The Malhotra family watches this unfold on TV and discusses the situation.
One of the reporters complains to the assistant commissioner about the police inspector’s actions. The assistant commissioner calls the inspector and orders him to stop immediately. He then speaks to RV on the phone, asking him to send the reporters away and promising to personally handle the situation. RV agrees, and Diya thanks him for what he has done.
As Jasbir prepares to take the phere with Purvi, he receives a call from Sahil. Sahil mentions that he saw on the news that Purvi has been kidnapped. Jasbir admits to kidnapping her and makes a comment before hanging up. Sahil realizes that his suspicions were correct.
Meanwhile, Matthew and his men notice a CCTV camera outside RV’s house. Hoping to find Purvi, they decide to check the footage. They threaten the homeowner and force him to show them the CCTV footage. Sahil tries to call Matthew, but he doesn’t answer. Matthew and his men then head to the godown.
Jasbir tells Purvi it’s time to take the phere. Purvi refuses, insisting that she loves RV. Jasbir argues with her, trying to convince her to marry him. Purvi firmly states that he cannot force her into marriage and accuses him of not respecting her because of his actions. She adds that if he truly loved her, he would listen to her and let her leave. Jasbir admits that he doesn’t respect her, but still refuses to let her go, claiming that he loves her despite that. He then expresses his wish to see her in a bridal dress before marrying her and asks her to wear one. When Purvi refuses, Jasbir threatens her with a gun, telling her that if she doesn’t marry him within one minute, he will kill her. He pushes her into a room and begins counting.
