The episode starts with Vikram saying to Ranbir that they should check his fortune and says there might be a Dosh in his fortune. Ranbir says there is no Dosh in his fortune and teases his family. Pallavi gets angry and hits Ranbir on his arm. Ranbir complaints to Vikram that Pallavi is hitting on his arm. Vikram sees that there is no marks on the arm. Vikram and the Kohli family joke on each other. Ranbir says he is grateful to have this kind of family that loves him so much. The doctor comes and asks them to leave and give rest to the patient. Pallavi thanks the doctor for saving Ranbir’s life. Doctor says if she wants to thank someone she should thank Prachi and says how much Prachi tried to save Ranbir and how strong their love for each other.
Pallavi comes out of Ranbir’s room and recalls what the nurse said that if anyone saved Ranbir today it is Prachi. Pallavi also recalls what the doctor said about Prachi and says if they brought him a minute late then Ranbir would have been dead.
Vikram asks Prachi if everything is Ok. Prachi says yes. Vikram asks Prachi if she got all the medicines. Prachi says yes. Prachi recalls what Rhea said and blames her for Ranbir’s situation today. Prachi goes to give medicine to Ranbir. Pallavi sees that Rhea is nowhere in the hospital.
Prachi gives medicines to Doctor. She fights with Ranbir. Pallavi opens the door. Doctor asks if they are newly married as they are fighting and smiling at the end. Ranbir says it’s happening from a long time. Pallavi thinks she misunderstood Prachi and this Rhea fought to meet Ranbir but when she can, don’t know where she went. Doctor asks Prachi to go outside. Pallavi says to let Prachi stay with Ranbir as he feels secure with her. The doctor agrees and says Prachi has magic. Vikram feels happy seeing the change in Pallavi. Pallavi asks Prachi to take care of Ranbir until he gets better. Prachi agrees. Pallavi comes out. Vikram says I love you Pallavi and I’m so proud of you. Pallavi asks what she did it to make him proud. Vikram says I know you know it and you’re feeling awkward listening to the appreciation. Pallavi says you know it so doesn’t say it. She leaves.
Ranbir asks Prachi what magic she did on Pallavi. Prachi says she doesn’t know any magic and asks him how is he feeling. Ranbir says he loves to see her concern for him. Prachi is about to argue. He stops her. Ranbir questions what is she doing with Sid in that old house. Prachi tries to divert the topic but Ranbir doesn’t listen. Prachi says doesn’t want to talk about it. Ranbir asks her why? Ranbir asks her to leave if she doesn’t want to answer him. Prachi says she doesn’t listen as Pallavi gave her responsibility. Ranbir says it’s not a contract and asks her to leave. Nurse comes there. Ranbir asks the Nurse to take care of him.
Vikram tells Pallavi that she did good by giving Ranbir’s responsibility to Prachi and no one can take care of him like Prachi. Pallavi says that’s not true and there is one who can take good care of Ranbir but at this time Prachi is emotionally connected to Ranbir. Alia and Rhea hear it. Pallavi says take it as a reward to Prachi. Vikram praises Pallavi. He says Prachi is fit for Ranbir and you know it too. He leaves. Rhea confronts Pallavi about how she gave Rambir’s responsibility to Prachi. Pallavi says to Alia that she doesn’t want to talk to Rhea. Alia asks whats the matter. Pallavi says Rhea is not there to meet Ranbir.
Pallavi says to Rhea that she sometimes feels her concern and care are too fake to her. Rhea tries to tell her version. Pallavi asks her to not tell excuses and tells her to take care of Ranbir if she can like Prachi. Sye leaves. Alia says to Rhea that Pallavi has supported her but today it didn’t look like that and says to Rhea they have to make up a backup plan. They leave. Alia sees someone through the glass door. She sends Rhea and enters the room. She covers the person on the bed with a Blanket.
