The episode starts with Kashish changing her stance, stating that she has decided RV will marry Neha, but not her. The Malhotra family and Diya ask Kashish how she can do this. They try to convince her to rethink her decision and marry RV, but Kashish still refuses. She comments on the Malhotra family and leaves.
Neha comments about the Malhotra family, saying they made Kashish lie in front of everyone. Purvi asks Neha what she said to Kashish.
Diya questions Kashish, asking why she supported Neha and what happened. It is revealed that Neha told Kashish she is pregnant because RV raped her, and everyone knows about it. Neha asks Kashish if she hasn’t seen the news. Neha begs Kashish not to marry RV and to let her get justice for her baby. Kashish believes Neha’s story and tells her she will marry RV. She admits that the Malhotra family asked her to lie and reveals Purvi’s plan.
Diya criticizes Kashish for believing Neha, claiming Neha is lying. She urges Kashish to come forward and tell everyone what Neha said to her. Kashish refuses and insists that RV should marry Neha, commenting further on the situation.

Jasbir meets Deepika. Monisha then approaches Jasbir and tells him that she wants to marry RV. She asks for his help, and Jasbir agrees.
Monisha later confronts Neha, telling her that she never expected Neha to double-cross her. Neha denies this, explaining that she is only marrying RV to punish him. Monisha retorts that arrogance is a weakness. Jasbir then strikes Neha on the back of her head, knocking her unconscious.
