The episode starts with Ranbir showing Mehendi’s design to Prachi and asking her to try the design. Prachi says it is very bad and goes. Pallavi introduces Mehendi designer Nandini to Prachi. Nandini asks Prachi if she had any design in her mind. Prachi shows her the design suggested by Ranbir. Aryan notices it. He goes to Ranbir and informs him that Prachi choose the design suggested by him. Ranbir feels happy. The nurse asks Madhurima to sign the file and informs her that pregnancy reports are sent to the patient’s addresses. Madhurima signs the file and notices Rhea’s name in it. She questions the nurse about it. The nurse says Rhea’s report is part of today’s deliveries and according to the report she is not pregnant. Madhurima gets shocked and leaves.
Shahana takes water and collides with Rhea. She apologizes to Rhea. Rhea says you’re habitual to it then why you’re apologising? Shahana says she doesn’t want to argue with her. Some guest takes Rhea with her. Shahana notices someone’s phone ringing. She notices the call is from Doctor Madhurima. She recognizes it’s Rhea’s phone and attends the Call. Madhurima says thank God you attend the call, my Nurse did a blunder by sending the report through Courier so manage it and don’t let anyone read the report. She says hello but Shahana disconnects the call. Shahana thinks about what secret they are hiding in the pregnancy report. Dida and Wendy praise Prachi’s Mehendi design. They praise Mehendi artist. Prachi says it’s not chosen by her. Wendy asks who chooses it. Ranbir admires Prachi. Vikram tells Ranbir that he is feeling he and Prachi are acting happy. Ranbir thanks him for making him realise Prachi is acting happy.
Ranbir goes to Sid and tells him that Prachi is sad. Then he goes to everyone and checks Mehendi. He tells Prachi that her design is not good. Prachi says you may forget it but it’s chosen by you. Ranbir says you have to stand on your decision. Prachi says she will do what she likes. Ranbir leaves. Shahana goes to Prachi to inform her about the report. Wendy and Dida ask her to not disturb Prachi in the middle. Shahana sits aside seeing Pallavi. Rhea sees Ranbir in her way and trips intentionally. Then she tells Ranbir that she is unable to stand up. Ranbir helps her and takes her to the room. Prachi smiles thinking about Ranbir. Dida asks if she is thinking about Ranbir. Pallavi says it’s not good to think about him. Prachi says she is not thinking about him. Wendy and Dida leave feeling backache. Pallavi welcomed Mrs. Khanna and makes her meet Prachi. Shahana waits for Chance to inform Prachi.
Alia tries to tease Wendy but Wendy rebukes her. Alia leaves threatening her. Wendy tells Dida that she wishes to scare Alia. Prachi thanks Mehendi Artist. Shahana takes Prachi aside and tells her about Madhurima’s call. She says she doesn’t know what’s in the report. Prachi says the truth, when that report comes then Rhea’s pregnancy truth will come out infront of everyone. Alia hears them.
Ranbir makes Rhea sit in bed. Ranbir searches for spray. He gets it then he sprays it on her leg. Rhea feels happy thinking her plan is working. She tells Ranbir that she feels happy when he cares for her and tells him that she is becoming the mom of his kid. Ranbir asks her to not make him uncomfortable. Alia comes there. Ranbir leaves asking Alia to take care of Rhea. Alia says they are in a problem. Rhea asks what’s it. Alia sees the spray and asks if she is in pain. Rhea says it’s just drama to get Ranbir’s attention so tell me what’s the problem? Alia says your pregnancy report is coming home, I overheard Shahana and Prachi’s conversation so call Doctor Madhurima. Rhea calls Madhurima and asks if any report is coming home. Madhurima says yes and I informed you before on call, it was sent to you by mistake so make sure that report doesn’t fall into the wrong as it’s mentioned you’re not pregnant. Rhea tells Alia that they are in a big problem.
