The episode starts with Smita asking Sneha if she asked about the cake. Sneha argues with Smita as she shows her love to Rohan and she doesn’t care about her. Smita says to Sneha that it is Rohan’s birthday. Sneha comments on it. Smita says to Sneha that she is here and Ronak is in London. Smita says she wants to do all the things if he was here. Smita leaves from there.
Kishan says to Seema that he shouldn’t have scolded Prarthna like that. Kishan comments on Seema and says to Seema that she scolded Seema because Prarthna isn’t her daughter. Seema says there isn’t anything like that. Kishan comments on it.
Seema later comes to Gayatri and asks Gayatri if she scolded her too much. Gayatri says there isn’t anything like that. Gayatri says to Seema that Prarthna has explained to her and says she will not do it again.
The driver comes to Kishan and says to Kishan that Madam has called him. Prarthna also leaves with the driver to meet Baa.
Smita asks Kishan to do the Pooja well today. Kishan says their shop business will go well as they did Maunvrath. Smita says they didn’t do Maunvrath for the opening of the new shop but they did it because today is Ronak’s birthday and she loves her son very much. Kishan says Ronak is lucky to have a mother like her. Smita comments on it.
Baa shows the letter that she wrote for Ronak and makes Prarthna read it. Baa and Prarthna later go to check if Ronak has sent any letter. Baa sees Ronak hasn’t sent any letter and thinks it will come soon.
In the Pooja, Smita attends to all the guests and ignores Baa. Smita invites Shah’s family and makes her sit in the seat. Baa sits in the last row for the Pooja.
Tevan asks Smita why is Baa sitting in the back. Smita brings and makes Baa sit near the stage.
Prarthna sees Baa is having trouble looking at the God as he has to turn her face to see the God so she brings a chair and puts it infront of Lord Krishna and makes Baa sit in it. Smita confronts Prarthna about it. Prarthna says she made Baa sit in the chair as she is having trouble seeing the God. Smita hearing it says she did the right thing.
Smita later gathers everyone and says they are going to cut the cake for Ronak. Baa hearing it feels disappointed as no one remembers her birthday.
Ronak returns home and gives a surprise to his family. Ronak greets his family members one by one and later reminds everyone today is Baa’s birthday also. The family members hearing it apologise to Baa. Ronak brings a cake for Baa. Robak and Baa cut the cakes together and feed it everyone. Ronak and family members leave from there. Prarthna picks up the knife that has fallen on the floor. Ronak returns to the cake and Prarthna’s Dupatta falls over him. Ronak sees Prarthna.
