The episode starts with Dadi asking Prachi what happened? Prachi says Daljeet made an announcement that Ranbir is going to marry Rhea. Dadi asks Prachi to stay strong. Prachi wipes her tears and leaves from there. Shahana blames Rhea for Prachi’s situation. Dadi and Shahana worry about Prachi.

Daljeet congrats Akshay and Prachi. Ashok also congrats them. Ashok takes his leave from them and says he is very happy as Akshay finally proposed to Prachi. Ashok says Ranbir’s birthday will be very special for Akshay from now on as Akshay proposed to Prachi today. Ashok gives this credit to Ranbir. Ranbir leaves from there. Vikram tries to go after Ranbir. Daljeet stops Vikram and asks Vikram why is he going after Ranbir? Vikram says what happened today is not right and says he is going to atleast take care of his son. Daljeet reminds Vikram how much angry Ranbir was when Akshay proposed to Prachi. Daljeet says whatever happened is for their own good and says Prachi has someone in her life now Ranbir also has someone in his life. Rhea overhears Daljeet and Vikram talking and misunderstands that Ranbir is using her as a bandage. Rhea goes to Ranbir.

Rhea comes to Ranbir and asks him till how long will he use her as a bandage. Ranbir asks Rhea what is she talking about? Rhea says to Ranbir that he got hurt when Akshay proposed to Prachi and he made this announcement by talking to Daljeet. Ranbir tries to explain to Rhea that she is mistaken. Rhea doesn’t listen to Ranbir and says she will not do this marriage.

Prachi cries in her room. Shahana goes to Prachi and asks if she is fine. Prachi says I’m happy for Rhea but don’t know why it’s hurting me. Shahana says you’re not hurt by Akshay’s proposal but you’re in pain hearing Rhea-Ranbir’s marriage so stop hiding your emotions and ask yourself why you’re in pain. She leaves. Prachi thinks whether Shahana is correct. She opens the window and sees the moon for relaxation.

Rhea says to Ranbir that he just used her which she hates. Ranbir asks her to listen to him. Rhea doesn’t listen to him and says we are friends so let’s be like good friends and previously Prachi was not there when Pallavi aunty took a promise from you but now she is back and I’m getting unconditional love from everyone which is enough for me and I don’t want a fake relationship which we had in the past so let’s stay like friends. Ranbir says fine. He asks if she talked to Vikram, Dida, and Pallavi about her decision.

Dadi asks Shahana if she finds why Prachi is in pain. Shahana says Prachi is conflicted and lying. Dadi says you’re with Prachi from childhood so know the reason behind Prachi’s state and make her feel good. Shahana agrees. Shahana goes to Prachi and asks her to not hurt herself. She says Ranbir moved on with Rhea so thinks to move on with Akshay. Prachi says Ranbir can do what he wants but I can’t do it because he is doing it. She says it’s not a competition and I will do what is best for me. She gets Akshay’s call. She cuts the call. Akshay calls her again. Prachi switches off her phone.

Akshay feels confused and thinks whether Prachi is angry with him. Prachi says to Shahana she wants to take her life’s decisions. Shahana says Ranbir is moving on and I know what you feel for him. Prachi says she doesn’t know her pain. Shahana says we grow together and I know your pain too that’s why I know that you still love Ranbir and connected to him.
