The episode starts with Akshay saying to Prachi that from now onwards she and Ranbir are going to be parents of Khushi, not him. Akshay says he will complete the rest of the formalities before the marriage. Prachi thanks Akshay.
The pandit comes to Kohli’s mansion. Pallavi asks the Kohli family to be careful as in the upcoming 4 days it is inauspicious for Ranbir and asks them to be really careful. Ranbir agrees and thanks Pandit Ji for his warning. The pandit later leaves from there. Ranbir comforts Pallavi and says nothing will happen to him.
Visakha asks Akshay to always be in everyone’s good books. Akshay asks Visakha about Mihika. Visakha says it’s good that she isn’t here.
The Kohli family come to Tandon mansion. Akshay warmly greets Ranbir and talks to him. Ranbir feels puzzled with Akshay’s behaviour. Manpreet says to Akshay that he needs to apologise for his behaviour yesterday. Akshay agrees and apologises to the Kohli family saying he is trying to hold on to it that something wasn’t his from the beginning. Akshay says he realises his mistake and seeks their forgiveness. Pallavi and Daljeet say to Akshay that it’s good that he changed his behaviour.
Vikram thanks Ashok for taking care of Prachi till now. Ashok says Prachi is his daughter and he is blessed to have a daughter like her.
Manpreet brings Prachi to the Kohli’s. Pallavi and Daljeet do the Shagun ritual and says to Prachi that soon she is going to be their house daughter in law. Prachi takes everyone’s blessings.
Daljeet says to everyone that it is the first time that Ranbir and Prachi are getting married with all the rituals.
Akshay asks Manpreet to do the ritual with Ranbir. Manpreet gives Aarthi and blesses Ranbir. Akshay later serves sweet to everyone. Ashok says they are going to celebrate with Prachi’s tea. Prachi goes to make tea. Ranbir and Prachi complete their pre engagement ceremony.
Ranbir comes to Akshay and asks Akshay why is he acting this sweet? Akshay smiles at Ranbir and leaves from there.
Mihika tries to turn Khushi in her favour. Mihika asks Khushi to go and tell outside that she wants Ranbir to marry Mihika instead of Prachi as she loves Mihika more than anyone. Khushi stays silent.
Ranbir comes to the kitchen to spend sometime with Prachi. Ranbir says to Prachi that she never knew that this will come true and says it’s all because of Akshay. Ranbir says to Prachi that he doesn’t feel that Akshay is a good guy. Prachi argues with Ranbir about Akshay saying Akshay is a good friend that is always supporting her. Ranbir doesn’t agree to it. Prachi asks Ranbir if he is feeling jealous. Ranbir says he isn’t feeling jealous. Akshay eavesdrops on their conversation. Visakha comes and takes Akshay away from there.
Visakha says to Akshay that he should not get caught. Visakha asks Akshay if he saw how Prachi was supporting him and Ranbir was feeling jealous. Akshay says yes and says this jealousy is going to ruin Ranbir and Prachi’s relationship. Akshay says he will do anything to get Prachi and thanks Visakha for always supporting him.
Manpreet says to Pallavi that they should take pictures. Daljeet asks Ranbir who is he looking for? Ranbir says he is looking for Akshay. Ranbir starts speaking about Akshay to Daljeet. Daljeet asks Ranbir if he is feeling jealous. Ranbir says there is nothing like that.
Pallavi asks Ranbir why is he upset and asks him to smile for the picture. Daljeet says Ranbir is feeling jealous. Ranbir says there is nothing like that and leaves from there.
Prachi comes to Ranbir and serves him tea. Ranbir says to Prachi that he thought she came here to apologise to him as she was speaking good things about Akshay even when she knows that he doesn’t like Akshay. Prachi apologises to Ranbir. Ranbir later flirts with Prachi and says there isn’t sugar in the tea. Prachi tastes it and says there is sugar. Ranbir drinks the tea from the same place that Prachi drank and feels as if he kissed Prachi. Prachi leaves from there.
