The episode starts with Kishan asking Prarthna not to cry and says if she cries he will not be able to stand it. Prarthna agrees. Kishan teases Prarthna. Seema asks Kishan if he has forgotten that all of this happened due to Prarthna. Kishan says this happened due to people’s wrong thinking and comments on it. Seema asks Prarthna if she wants Kishan to get better. Prarthna says yes. Seema asks Prarthna to break off all her ties with Zaveri family. Seema says she also means Baa and Raunak also. Prarthna stays silent hearing it.
The next day, Smita offers Prashad to everyone. Raunak asks Smita for Prashad. Smita doesn’t offer Prashad to Raunak. Raunak apologises to Smita and says to Smita that he made a mistake. Raunak says Smita that everyone is also speaking ill of Prarthna and questioning her character. Raunak asks Smita to tell him what to do. Smita says there is only way if he wants to save Prarthna’s reputation from being ruined. Smita asks Raunak to marry Payal and says once he marries Payal and then this matter will end and asks Raunak to think about it.
The doctor comes and asks Prarthna to go to the reception. Prarthna agrees. Prarthna learns from the receptionist that they need to pay Rs 2 lakhs for treatment of Kishan. The receptionist asks them to pay the money by tomorrow.
Raunak and Baa come to the hospital to meet Prarthna and her family. Baa sees Prarthna and comforts her. Prarthna says to Baa that she respects her very much but she has to break off her ties with them. Prarthna leaves from there.
A guy is admitted beside Kishan. The guy recognises Kishan as the one who took Prarthna as a baby when she was put in the temple. The guy says to Kishan that his brother is one of the people who was with Monisha and says Monisha tried to kill that girl’s mother. The guy says what they did is a sin that is why his whole family is dead. The guy says that girl comes from a really rich family. Seema asks the guy who are those people and says they are really in need of money. The guy says in record room file no 202 they will get all the answers. The guy leaves his last breath. Prarthna hears what the guy said about file 202.
Raunak and Baa return home. Raunak says to Baa how upset he is with Prarthna’s behaviour and comments on it. Shubhvi overhears their conversation. Payal is also shown to have overheard their conversation.
Shubhvi comes to Smita and says to Smita that Raunak and Baa have went to meet Prarthna to the hospital. Smita says they will pay for it. Smita asks Shubhvi to first make arrangements and says today Raunak is going to go Payal’s house and propose to her. Shubhvi agrees.
Prarthna sees Seema worried about the money. Prarthna recalls the guy’s words about file no 202 where there is a lot of money. Prarthna asks the receptionist if she can go into the record room to check that file. The receptionist says it is not possible and says she can go only if she has permission from higher authority.
Raunak overhears the servants speaking ill of Prarthna and he comments on them.
