The episode starts with Ashok asking Prachi where is Khushi. Prachi says Khushi is in ICU. Ashok sees Ranbir and calls him. Ranbir goes to him. Ashok says he is feeling proud of them. Ranbir says Khushi is great and says to Akshay and Ashok that he is very lucky that Khushi came into his life. Prachi correct him that Khushi came to their life. Ranbir says Akshay and Rhea helped them too risking their life. Ashok says it’s all love and doesn’t know why this generation people don’t understand it. He says Rhea came to the hospital for you without thinking about herself and Akshay too. He couldn’t complete it thinking about Prachi’s resignation. Ranbir says Akshay loves Prachi so much and I witnessed it. Prachi looks at Ranbir. Ranbir thanks Akshay for his help. Akshay says you’re welcome. Prachi sees sister and asks her about Khushi but she didn’t reveal anything. Shahana comes there and informs them that Khushi’s condition is critical. Everyone runs to Khushi’s ward. Akshay holds Prachi from falling and asks Prachi to take care of herself.

Prachi and Ranbir ask Doctor about Khushi’s condition. The doctor says they did what they can but the medicine is not showing any effect on Khushi. The doctor says now Khushi needs prayer more than medicine. Prachi in tears leaves from there. Ranbir follows Prachi. Ashok feels pain in his leg. Akshay stays with his father. Shahana collides with Nurse and fails to follow Prachi. Prachi runs to the mandir recalling her moments with Khushi. Ranbir falls on the stairs while following Prachi. He prays to God to save Khushi. He cries for failing to protect Khushi.

Prachi goes to Maata Rani temple. She questions Maata Rani to not snatch Khushi from her like she snatched her Panchi. She says she won’t leave the temple until she hears Khushi’s fine. She says it’s a testing time for Mother and rings the temple bell continuously. The doctor sees Khushi’s condition is deteriorating. He asks the Nurse to call the senior doctor. Ranbir worries about Khushi. Prachi rings the temple bell continuously. A lady beside Prachi asks Prachi to stop ringing the temple bell saying Maata Rani has heard it. Prachi says she will ring it until Maata Rani gives her daughter’s life to her. Ranbir comes to Prachi to the temple. Ranbir catches Prachi who is about to fall. Ranbir gives the good news to Prachi that Khushi is out of danger. Prachi feels elated. Prachi and Ranbir thank God for saving Khushi’s life.

Dadi asks Shahana why didn’t she go with Prachi? Shahana says because she knows Prachi is going to the temple to pray to God for Khushi. The nurse comes and gives the good news to the Kohli family that Khushi is out of danger they feel happy seeing this. Pallavi and Rhea ask if they can meet Khushi? The nurse says no and says she is still under supervision.

Prachi comes to the hospital and tries to go into the ICU room to see Khushi but the nurse doesn’t allow her at first as it is against the hospital rules. The nurse agrees to allow Prachi to meet Khushi after seeing Prachi’s state and hearing Prachi’s plea.

Khushi sees Prachi. Prachi sees Khushi has woken up and feels happy and greets her. Khushi asks Prachi where is Ranbir? Prachi says Ranbir is right outside and shows Ranbir to Khushi. Khushi feels happy seeing Ranbir. Prachi asks Khushi if she is feeling pain. Khushi says yes. Prachi asks her to take a rest. Khushi says she is losing her consciousness and goes to sleep.
