The episode starts with Armaan asking Khushi if she has gone mad and tells her to come with him. Khushi asks Armaan to leave first. Armaan slaps Khushi for defying him. Purvi witnesses this and asks Armaan what he is doing.
Meanwhile, the nurse enters RV’s room and notices that his oxygen mask has been removed. She quickly calls for the doctor, who puts the oxygen mask back on RV. The doctor asks the nurse how the mask came off, and the nurse says she doesn’t know. The doctor scolds her and tells her to check if the blood has arrived. The nurse agrees and leaves.
Purvi questions Armaan about his actions. Armaan tells Khushi to complain to Purvi about how bad a husband he is. Purvi insists on knowing what Armaan is doing. Armaan asks Purvi to stay out of it, claiming it is a family matter, and drags Khushi away.
While driving, Armaan scolds Khushi. He blames her for making him so angry that he is about to lose his cool. Armaan asks Khushi if she is blaming him for what happened, but Khushi denies it. He then says that he wants to see her real tears and demands that she show them to him. Khushi apologizes and asks him not to drive so fast. Armaan warns her not to do anything that would stain his family’s reputation, saying he won’t spare her if that happens.
Harleen, Harman, and Purvi ask the doctor if they can meet RV. The doctor says they can discharge RV and take him home, but he recommends keeping him under observation for one more night. RV suddenly recalls what happened and shouts Purvi’s name. Purvi rushes to him, worried. The doctor asks Harleen and Harman to wait five minutes before going to RV, and they agree.
Armaan enters his room and tells Khushi that he knows she is awake, pretending to be asleep. He warns her not to make him angry, saying he doesn’t like this side of himself. Armaan tells her he’ll be back shortly and asks her to fix her mood because he doesn’t like sad faces. He leaves, and Khushi wipes her tears.
Purvi goes to RV and comments on his condition. She asks him why he came to save her. She tells him that he should have let things happen, as she is worried about what will happen to her if something happens to him. RV responds, saying he always wanted to stay away from her, but she always pulled him towards her. Purvi asks RV how that is possible.
Deepika notices Monisha looks worried and asks why. Monisha expresses concern that RV and Purvi might end up together.
Purvi tells RV that she will always get into trouble if it means being with him.
