The episode starts with Monisha sharing her concern with Deepika, saying she thinks RV and Purvi are getting closer. Deepika advises Monisha to not take any action for a while. Deepika comments on how Monisha brought Neha in front of their family to separate RV and Purvi, but instead, it only brought RV and Purvi closer. Deepika also reminds Monisha how RV saved Purvi from Neha and became her protector, which only means one thing: RV loves Purvi. Monisha insists that RV belongs only to her and comments on it.
Harleen and Harman visit RV. Harleen ensures that RV is fine and feels relieved. Purvi tries to leave, but Harman calls her over. Purvi agrees.
Harman tells RV that if he’s alive today, it’s only because of Purvi. Harman says they were so worried about him that Purvi became helpless. He adds that Purvi was the one who arranged everything. Harleen tells Purvi that they are blessed to have her in their lives. Harleen then asks Harman to call their family and inform them that they will be home tomorrow. Harman agrees.
Khushi looks at old photos of herself with RV. She reflects that she was foolish not to realize RV’s love for her in the past. Khushi hopes that RV will love Purvi and thinks RV is a good person.
Purvi dreams of Armaan hitting Khushi and wakes up. Harleen asks Purvi if she is alright. Purvi reassures her that she is fine. Harleen informs Purvi that Harman is preparing the discharge papers.
The next day, Dadaji worries about RV and their family. Monisha brings the Aarti thali. Dadi asks Monisha why she is bringing the Aarti thali. Dadi says that Deepika should have brought it. Monisha comments on this.
Purvi, RV, Harleen, and Harman return to the Malhotra mansion. Monisha prepares to give Aarti to RV. Harleen asks Monisha why she is doing this. Monisha asks Harleen what’s wrong with it. Dadi reminds Monisha that she is a guest in the house and cannot perform the Aarti. Dadi then performs the Aarti for RV and hugs him. Monisha leaves the room, and Deepika follows her.
Monisha lashes out in her room. Deepika tells Monisha to calm down. Monisha asks why she should always calm down. She comments on the Malhotra family, saying they are treating her like a guest, and RV is allowing it to happen. Monisha reminds Deepika that whatever this family has is because of her.
Purvi helps RV rest on the bed. She tells him she knows he can’t sleep anywhere else except his own bed. RV agrees and comments on it. Purvi tells RV to have anything he wants. RV agrees.
