The episode starts with Ranbir coming to Prachi and checking if she has any fever. Ranbir decides to give her medicine as her fever increased. Prachi sees that Ranbir is having trouble picking up a glass of water. Ranbir asks Prachi to get the first aid box to bandage his wound. Ranbir agrees and gives the first aid box to Prachi. Prachi does first aid to Ranbir’s wound and bandages him. Ranbir thanks Prachi for treating him and goes to sleep on the sofa.
Vikram joins Pallavi and Daljeet at the dining table. Vikram asks Pallavi and Daljeet why didn’t they tell him that they are going to Prachi’s house for Khushi’s birthday party. Rhea tries to divert the topic by talking about the breakfast but Daljeet and Pallavi tell what happened in Prachi’s house to Vikram. Rhea hopes that something will happen so that the Kohli family will hate Prachi again.
Ranbir dreams of Prachi coming in a white saree and waking him up. Ranbir wakes up and sees Prachi in a white saree. Ranbir compliments Prachi saying she is looking beautiful. Ranbir requests Prachi to say that she loves him and she will never leave him. Prachi says she came back into his life to stay forever. Ranbir feels happy hearing this and rolls on the bed with Prachi. Ranbir wakes up and sees that he was just dreaming of Prachi.
Ranbir comes down and sees that Ashok and Akshay came with a doctor to check out Prachi. Ashok asks the doctor to check out Prachi and make sure she is fine. Ashok teases Prachi. Ashok sees Ranbir and thanks him for saving Prachi. Ranbir recalls Ashok’s words and accepts his thanks saying he can accept thanks as he saved their Prachi. Akshay also hugs Ranbir and thanks him for saving Prachi. Ranbir takes his leave as Ashok and Akshay came here to take care of Prachi. Prachi asks Ranbir to stay and eat some food then he can leave. Ranbir says he isn’t hungry and says his family is waiting for him at his home. Shahana thanks Ranbir for saving Prachi. Ranbir accepts her thanks and leaves from there.
Rhea looks at her dresses and throws them out thinking she has nothing good to wear. Alia sneaks into Rhea’s room through the window. Rhea asks Alia if she has lost her mind to sneak into her room like this. Alia asks Rhea if she saw the time. Alia reminds Rhea that it is 10 am and Ranbir didn’t come home till now. Alia sees the dresses on the bed and comments on Rhea’s behaviour. Rhea says to Alia that it is exhausting to fight for her love. Rhea says she found Prachi’s photo in Ranbir’s room and she burnt it. Rhea and Alia talk about Ranbir and Prachi getting back together. Alia gets to know from Rhea that Khushi is Panchi and she is alive. Alia gets shocked hearing this. Rhea thinks Ranbir and Prachi might get back together for Khushi. Alia says she will not allow it to happen and says they will do something big. Alia asks Rhea to meet her tomorrow at 9 pm and leaves from there.
