The episode starts with Ranbir thinking to himself that he should have been careful. Akshay comes and says he should have been careful. Ranbir asks Akshay what does he want to say? Akshay says he was just teasing him. Akshay asks Ranbir how did he like his surprise? Ranbir asks Akshay if it was his idea to bring his mother here. Akshay says to Ranbir how he met Pallavi at the mall. Akshay says to Ranbir how Pallavi was shocked when she understood that he was staying with them and when he said about Ranbir’s relationship with Mihika. Ranbir argues with Akshay. Akshay asks Ranbir if he liked seeing his mother here. Ranbir says he liked it. Akshay says then they should spend time with his mother. Akshay takes Ranbir to his mother.
Visakha talks with Pallavi. Visakha says to Pallavi that he was keeping an eye on both Ranbir and Mihika to find out if they are really in a relationship or not. Pallavi asks Visakha why is that? Akshay brings Ranbir downstairs and says it’s because Ranbir is like that. Akshay says to Pallavi because Ranbir is like that. Akshay makes a comment on Ranbir. Mihika explains to Akshay that Ranbir didn’t know that she was his sister. Mihika makes a comment.
Manpreet says to Pallavi that they should fix Ranbir and Mihika’s marriage. Akshay asks Ranbir why was he silent? Ranbir hesitates to tell the truth but later decides to tell the truth. Ranbir says to Visakha that her suspicion about him and Mihika is right and says there is nothing in between them. Ranbir says to Akshay that Pallavi didn’t know anything about Mihika because there was nothing in between them. Ashok puts a hand on his heart. Ranbir recalls Mihika telling him about Ashok’s heart being weak. Ranbir helps Ashok sit down and says to the Tandon family that he was just teasing them and asks Visakha and Akshay to clear their suspicion. Ranbir says to the Tandon family that Mihika and him are made for each other. Visakha and Pallavi congratulate each other. Pallavi says to Visakha that they should do Ranbir and Visakha’s engagement tomorrow and finalise their marriage date. Visakha agrees. Pallavi asks Ranbir if he is coming with her. Ranbir says he has to talk to Mihika. Divya and Abhay tease Ranbir. Manpreet takes Pallavi outside.
Prachi and Shahana come to the Tandon mansion. Shahana says to Prachi that she will live with her for a few days and figure out what’s going on. Prachi says to Shahana that she knows Shahana will take Ranbir’s side like always.
Pallavi says to Manpreet that she is very happy today as Mihika brought Ranbir to her. Pallavi later leaves from there.
Manpreet sees Prachi and Shahana and says there is good news. Manpreet takes Prachi and Shahana inside. Akshay asks Mihika to bring sweets to share the Good news with Prachi and Shahana. Mihika comes and gives sweets to Ranbir. Akshay says to Ranbir that as his engagement got fixed he should feed sweets to Prachi and Shahana with his own hands. Ranbir gives sweets to Prachi and Shahana. Shahana and Prachi congratulate Ranbir.
