The episode starts with Prachi asking Ranbir to open his eyes in the car. Ranbir opens his eyes and asks Prachi why is she silent. Ranbir teases Prachi. Shahana sees that Ranbir is closing his eyes and asks Parchi to talk to Ranbir and make sure he doesn’t close his eyes. Prachi asks Ranbir not to close his eyes and says he can scold her if he wants to. Ranbir hearing this says to Parachi that she is a Paltu. Prachi talks to Ranbir about their memories of how he once mistook pumpkin for Locke. Prachi sees that Ranbir closed his eyes and asks him to open his eyes. Prachi slaps Ranbir to wake him up. Prachi asks Sid how far is the hospital. Sid says they will reach in a few minutes.
Rhea takes a glass of water and drinks it. Rhea accidentally slips and sees the guy who is unconscious. Rhea gets scared and shouts. Alia hearing Rhea’s shout goes to the kitchen. Alia sees the guy who is unconscious and she also shouts. Alia recalls how they made him unconscious. Pallavi hearing Alia’s shout comes to the kitchen. Pallavi questions Alia why did she shout and where is Rhea. Rhea comes out and says she slipped because of water. Pallavi says to Rhea that she is pregnant and she has to take care of herself. Alia sees that the unconscious guy is waking up. Alia takes a knife and closes his mouth. Pallavi asks Alia what is she doing? Alia says she is cleaning and signals Rhea to take Pallavi away. Rhea takes Pallavi away making up a reason. Alia puts a knife to the guys neck and asks him to stay silent. Alia threatens to kill him if he made any noise.
Prachi, Shahana, and Sid bring Ranbir to the hospital and call the doctor. Prachi calls for the Doctor. The nurse says it’s a police case and they can’t start treatment until they lodge a police complaint. Prachi asks how can they follow protocol when someone is battling for life. She warns the nurse to call the doctor. She feels dizzy. Ranbir calls Prachi and assures her that he won’t leave her easily and asks her to not fight. The doctor comes there. Prachi requests Doctor. The doctor agrees to treat Ranbir and they take him to an operation theater. Prachi signs the admission form as Ranbir’s wife. Sid and Shahana ask Prachi to inform Pallavi that Ranbir got shot.
Alia sends the person warning him. Goon calls Alia and tells her that Ranbir got shot and they don’t know his state. Alia asks them to not infirm Rhea and tells them to go underground. They agree. Pallavi asks Rhea to take a rest. That time Pallavi receives Prachi’s call. Pallavi scolds her for not reaching home on time. Rhea thinks if Prachi is alive.
Pallavi asks Prachi to talk. Prachi says that Ranbir got shot and is in critical condition at the city hospital. Pallavi gets shocked and repeats it. Alia comes there. Rhea and Pallavi run out in shock. Pallavi informs Vikram about Ranbir’s condition. They decide to go to the hospital. Pallavi feels dizzy. Vikram makes Pallavi sit and sends Alia and Rhea to the hospital. Pallavi says to Vikram that Prachi is responsible for Ranbir’s state. Vikram asks her to not take tension. He goes to get her bp medicine. Pallavi says if something happens to my son, I’ll make Prachi’s life hell. Prachi sees Ranbir getting operated through the glass and recalls how he saved her risking his life. The doctor removes the bullet but they feel worried seeing Ranbir’s heart rate is dropping.
