The episode begins with Devang telling the priest that everything is ready and asking him to check the preparations. The priest agrees and leaves.
Kranti instructs Mayank and Harsh to complete all the arrangements quickly. They assure her not to worry. Kranti then asks Smita why she hasn’t gotten ready. Smita replies that there’s no time for that and makes a sarcastic comment.
Meanwhile, Prarthna approaches Raunak and asks him to give a shawl to Baa. She hands over her bag to Raunak and leaves.
Raunak gives the shawl to Baa and compliments her, saying it looks good on her. A snake suddenly falls out of the bag. Baa responds, saying the shawl would look even better on him. Raunak playfully tells Baa that he knows what she’s trying to do, but they were never meant to be, and he walks away.
Prarthna, realizing Seema might ask her about the bag, goes back to retrieve it.
Smita sees Raunak and compliments him on his looks. Mayank points out that Raunak hasn’t fully gotten ready yet and takes him away.
Mayank urges Raunak to marry Prarthna, saying they’re made for each other, but Raunak disagrees. Suddenly, the snake bites Raunak.
The Zaveri family is shocked upon seeing the snake. The priest warns everyone to stay away, saying it’s poisonous. Prarthna throws a blanket over the snake, picks it up, and throws it out the window.
She rushes to Raunak, who is unconscious, and ties a handkerchief around his arm to slow the spread of the poison.
A snake charmer arrives at the Zaveri mansion looking for his snake. The family questions how his snake ended up there. Payal secretly signals the snake charmer not to reveal the truth. He lies, saying he was just passing by and didn’t realize when the box opened and the snake escaped.
The snake charmer urges them to take Raunak to a doctor immediately, warning that if he doesn’t get treatment within 15 minutes, he could die. Smita pleads for someone to save him. The charmer then says there’s one way—someone must suck the poison out of the wound, but the person doing it could also be at risk.
Upon hearing this, Prarthna sucks the poison from Raunak’s wound and soon after, she collapses.
Both Raunak and Prarthna are admitted to the hospital. Smita informs the doctor about the snake bite. The doctor treats Raunak and asks who sucked the poison out, saying it’s an act only a wife would do. Payal quickly claims to be Raunak’s fiancée. The doctor then goes to check on Prarthna.
The doctor and nurse conclude that Prarthna must truly love Raunak to have risked her life for him.
Meanwhile, the snake charmer demands more money from Payal, saying he can’t find the snake. Payal refuses and threatens him. He retaliates, saying he will expose her to the Zaveri family. Payal argues no one will believe him and tells him to do whatever he wants. Ketki overhears their conversation.
The doctor returns and informs the family that Raunak is still in critical condition. Shubhvi questions why Prarthna is safe while Raunak’s condition is still serious. The doctor advises them to be grateful to Prarthna for saving Raunak, instead of questioning the situation.
Ketki slaps Payal and warns her that if anyone finds out Raunak was put in danger because of her, everyone will turn against her. Payal cries and confesses that she loves Raunak, but he loves Prarthna.
