The episode starts with Armaan seeing Khushi. He tells her that he behaved rudely with her and apologizes for his actions. Armaan tells Khushi that he will understand if she wants to leave him. He admits that he always believed money was everything, but now he realizes that a husband should offer more than just financial security to his wife. Khushi listens but leaves without responding.
Meanwhile, Monisha tells Deepika that the Malhotra family will have no choice but to let her stay. She reminds Deepika that Dushyant has suffered a heart attack and that they cannot take her to the hospital, as Harleen and the others know she is afraid of hospitals. Monisha declares that she will stay and win everyone’s hearts. Deepika asks how she plans to do that. Monisha reveals her plan—to act like Purvi, get into trouble, and wait for RV to rescue her. She believes this will make RV fall in love with her.
Just then, they hear someone approaching, so Monisha pretends to be unconscious. RV arrives with a doctor, who checks on Monisha. After the examination, RV leaves with the doctor. Monisha then excitedly asks Deepika if she noticed RV’s concern for her. She insists that RV loves her.
Elsewhere, Purvi suddenly loses consciousness and collapses. RV immediately calls the doctor, who examines her and informs the Malhotra family that Purvi is pregnant. Upon hearing the news, the family congratulates RV and Purvi. Monisha, watching everything unfold, is left shocked.
Armaan later asks Khushi if she has forgiven him. Khushi replies that it is not easy for her to do so. She reminds Armaan that she left RV and married him because she believed RV wasn’t the right person for her. She explains that after marrying Armaan, she never thought about anyone else, yet he still felt insecure. Armaan argues with her about this.
Just then, Vaishali calls Khushi and asks her to come to the Malhotra mansion immediately. Khushi agrees.
Deepika urges Monisha to leave, telling her that she won’t be able to stay and watch Purvi and everyone else happy. However, Monisha insists that she is thinking about how to stay, as it won’t be easy to separate RV and Purvi now. Deepika points out that Monisha is plotting to break them apart when they are about to become parents. Annoyed, Monisha comments that it must be a big deal for Deepika since she hasn’t gotten pregnant all these years. Deepika clarifies that she and Vikrant are not planning a baby yet because Vikrant is currently focused on setting up his own startup company.
Meanwhile, Purvi asks Vaishali why she hasn’t told the truth to Khushi, as she might be worried. Dadaji reassures Purvi, saying that they are planning to surprise her.
