The episode starts with the attendee asking the Kohli family to sit down and he will go and call Meera and her husband Satish. Daljeet confirms with the attendee that Meera and her husband run this orphanage. The attendee says yes. Daljeet puts her hand on her heart. Ranbir and Pallavi worry for Daljeet. Daljeet says she is happy that’s why she put her hand on her heart. Ranbir and Pallavi comment on Daljeet.
Ranbir feels Khushi is here and he follows his instinct and goes to the playground to meet Khushi. Khushi thinks Prachi forgot her here. Khushi gets surprised seeing Ranbir and asks Ranbir if he came here for him. Ranbir says yes. Khushi says to Ranbir that Prachi forgot her here. Khushi feels happy seeing the whole Kohli family coming to meet her. Aryan says to Ranbir that he has to go for some formalities. Ranbir agrees and leaves from there. Ranbir greets Meera and says he wants to adopt Khushi and asks if he can adopt her. Meera agrees and asks Ranbir to fill the form. Ranbir agrees and fills the form. After reading Ranbir’s form, Meera asks Ranbir why didn’t he write his wife’s name? Ranbir says he is separated from his wife. Meera comments on the times nowadays. Meera says to Ranbir that he can’t adopt any baby as he is separated from his wife. Ranbir says he is going to marry Rhea and asks Meera to allow him to adopt Khushi until then. Meera doesn’t agree to it and asks Avni to call Ranbir’s family. Avni agrees and leaves from there.
Dadi asks Shahana why is she leaving Prachi alone? Shahana says she thinks Prachi needs some alone time. Dadi says Prachi will be more sad if they leave her alone. Dadi decides to call Rhea to cheer up Prachi but Prachi says no to it as if Rhea comes here then she might find out that Khushi is her daughter and she doesn’t want Rhea to know that Khushi is her daughter. Rhea decides to tell the truth to Prachi and calls Prachi but she doesn’t tell the truth recalling the word she gave to Ranbir and simply says she is missing her.
Ranbir gets into an argument with Meera as she doesn’t allow him to adopt Khushi due to his marital status. Meera gets fed up with Ranbir and calls some guy to handle Ranbir. The guy asks him to leave. Ranbir says he won’t leave until he adopts Khushi and says he is the biological father of Khushi.
Aryan gifts chocolate to Khushi. Khushi recalls what happened and asks Pallavi and Daljeet if she is a bad child as Prachi left her here. Daljeet and Pallavi try to cheer her up but Khushi thinks she is a bad child and no one loves her. Pallavi seeing this says the truth to Khushi that they are her family and Ranbir is her real father and says she is her grandmother. Pallavi says she lost her before and later due to God’s grace they found her. Khushi asks them to never leave her alone and says she wants to live with Prachi and Ranbir. Daljeet says she will definitely live with Ranbir. Avni comes and tells the Kohli family that they are called to the office. Pallavi and Daljeet requests Avni to allow them to talk to Khushi for 5 min. Avni doesn’t agree to it and takes Khushi away.
