The episode starts with Pallavi hearing Nurse telling the Receptionist that Ranbir’s heartbeat had stopped completely, but his heart starts beating again when his wife holds his hand. The receptionist says Prachi is the one who saved Ranbir as she pleaded with Doctor to admit Ranbir to the hospital without filing fir. The nurse takes Ranbir’s report. Pallavi leaves. Prachi knocks on the operating theatre door seeing the tense situation. The Doctor comes out and scolds Prachi for disturbing her. The nurse comes there and reminds the Doctor about her words. The doctor allows Prachi inside. He tells the Senior Doctor that Ranbir’s heartbeat is getting stabilized when Prachi holds his hand.
Senior Doctor scolds him for believing nonsense. Prachi holds Ranbir’s hand and requests him to support Doctors for treatment. She leaves the room. The nurse comes out. Shahana asks Nurse what Doctor told Prachi. She says Doctor asked her to pray to god. Pallavi and others come there. Pallavi asks Nurse about the Mandir location in the hospital. The nurse says it’s on the first floor. Pallavi leaves. Vikram tries to stop Pallavi. Alia says let her leave as she is correct and Prachi is responsible for everything. Shahana thinks to go to the mandir. Rhea makes Shahana fall down. Shahana confronts Shahana. Rhea deliberately fights with her.
Prachi prays to Bappa for Ranbir’s wellbeing. Doctors treat Ranbir. Shahana asks Rhea to end her intentional fights. Rhea blames Prachi and Shahana are the reason for their problems. Aryan asks Rhea to end it as he saw how she make her fall. Rhea says he is talking against her to save Shahana. Vikram requests them to end their argument thinking about Ranbir. Alia and Pallavi see Prachi praying to Bappa. Alia instigates Pallavi against Prachi. Alia asks Prachi to stop her acting and tells Prachi that she is the culprit for Ranbir’s condition as she didn’t inform them on time. Prachi apologizes to Pallavi and tells her about the situation. Pallavi hugs Prachi. Rhea and Alia get stunned. Alia asks Pallavi why she is hugging Prachi. Pallavi says I don’t know how Ranbir got shot but he got saved because of Prachi and I heard in the reception how Prachi supported Ranbir and stabilized his heartbeat. Pallavi says Prachi become Savitri.
Alia asks Pallavi to end the melodrama and confronts how she trusts Nurse’s words. Pallavi doesn’t listen to Alia. She hugs Prachi and assures Prachi that Ranbir will get better with her prayers. Prachi agrees. Sid comes there and tells them that Ranbir’s heart rate got stabilized. They go to meet Ranbir. Pallavi asks the Doctor about Ranbir’s condition. The doctor says he is fine. Ranbir gains consciousness and he tells the nurse that he wants to meet his wife. The nurse comes out and tells about Ranbir’s wish. Rhea is about to go inside. The doctor says he can’t meet him and let his wife meet him first. Rhea says she is his wife. Sid goes to call Prachi. Sister says you can’t be his wife as Ranbir’s heart rate stabilized with Prachi’s presence. Rhea asks them to end their confusion by asking family members whom Prachi is marrying. The nurse says she will ask Ranbir and he will say what’s the truth.
