The episode starts with Harleen suggesting that they should change Purvi’s room. Purvi says there is no need for that and assures them that she will manage. Harleen insists, saying she doesn’t want Purvi to keep walking up and down the stairs. Vaishali supports Harleen and asks Purvi to agree. Harleen tells Purvi that from now on, she must take proper rest. Dadaji tells Purvi that she should go for a walk with him in the evening. RV expresses concern, saying there is a lot of pollution in the evening. Hearing this, Dadaji decides they will go in the morning instead. Purvi comments on the situation.
Monisha comes downstairs and tells RV and Harleen that she wants to visit the hospital to see Dushyant, who had a heart attack. However, Monisha suddenly loses consciousness. Harleen blames herself for Monisha’s condition. RV carries Monisha in his arms to her room and lays her on the bed to rest. Deepika arrives and asks RV what happened. RV explains that Monisha fainted, so he brought her to her room.
Monisha regains consciousness and tells RV that she still wants to go to the hospital to see her father. RV reassures her that he will take her there tomorrow. After RV leaves, Deepika asks Monisha why RV is showing so much care for her. Monisha smirks and admits that she acted like a victim, making a sly remark about it.
Meanwhile, Khushi and Armaan arrive at the Malhotra mansion. Khushi notices that everyone is smiling and asks what happened. Dadaji excitedly reveals that Purvi is pregnant. Hearing this, Armaan thinks to himself that now Khushi will no longer pay attention to RV.
Khushi is overjoyed and talks to Purvi about her pregnancy. RV then comes downstairs and informs everyone about Monisha’s situation. He also tells Khushi that he was initially supposed to marry Monisha but ended up marrying Purvi instead. RV firmly states that he cannot even think about marrying Monisha now, as he is about to become a father. Purvi reassures everyone that there is no need to worry since RV has already spoken to Monisha.
Armaan then teases RV, asking what is so special about him that Purvi loves him, Monisha loves him, and even his ex might still love him.
Later, Khushi takes Purvi to her room. She expresses how happy she is that she is going to become an aunt. Diya also joins them in their excitement.
Monisha then approaches Purvi and apologizes for everything she has done to her in the past. Purvi tells Monisha that it is good she has realized her mistakes. Monisha then hands Purvi a glass of juice and insists that she drink it if she has truly forgiven her. Monisha leaves the room, while Harleen witnesses this interaction.
Monisha later meets Harleen and talks to her. She asks Harleen if she can hug her and then embraces her.
