The episode starts with RV saying to Purvi that when he was stuck in the riots he saw someone attacking Purvi so he helped her. RV tells the rest of the family what happened.
RV says later everyone pointed fingers at Purvi and he thought Purvi’s character would be stained because of him and he didn’t want that to happen so he put Sindhur in Purvi’s Maang.
Jasveer comes out of the police station and learns from his men that RV has promised to marry Purvi and he also put Sindhur in Purvi’s Maang. Jasveer also watches the video of it. Jasveer breaks the phone in anger.
RV says to his family that he intends to keep the promise that he made to Purvi and his family. Dadaji says to all of the family members that he will take up the responsibility of RV and Purvi’s marriage.
Dadaji asks RV to call Puvi’s parents. RV says he doesn’t have Purvi’s parents’ phone number. Dadaji says he has their landline phone number. Dadi asks Dadaji why does he have Purvi’s parent’s phone number. Dadaji says when fate shows signs they need to be prepared. Dadaji says he knows this marriage will happen that’s why he got Purvi’s parents phone number.
Dadaji calls Purvi’s family landline. Ashok asks Prachi to take attend the call as it might be from RV’s family. Prachi attends the call.
Dadaji says to Prachi over the phone that they knew about what RV did just now and makes a suggestion that it would be good if RV and Purvi talked to each other as marriage is a big decision. Dadaji says RV will take Purvi out on a dinner date today.
Dadaji later calls Purvi and asks Purvi’s opinion about the dinner date. Purvi looks at Prachi and agrees to go on a dinner date. Dadaji hearing this says to Purvi that RV will come to her home at 9 pm to take her out to dinner.
Jasveer looks at the video and burns in fumes. Jasveer decides to kill RV. Jasveer asks his henchman to come with him. Jasveer’s Chacha asks Jasveer where is he going. Jasveer makes up a reason for it.
Visakha sees that Purvi has gotten ready for the date. Visakha advises Purvi to watch everything that is going on around her. Visakha shares her suspicion with Purvi that RV might have a drinking habit and he also might have a girlfriend. Visakha asks Purvi to be careful. Visakha says it is better to be a bachelorette than a divorcee.
