The episode starts with Yug asking Rishi what happened. Rishi says he feels something bad is going to happen.
Painter’s car nearly hits an old lady but he hits breaks at the right time. Painter comments on the old lady. RV’s car passes by and witnesses all of this.
RV gets down from his car and helps the old lady sit down. RV later argues with Painter about his behaviour with the old lady. RV takes Painter’s car keys and asks Painter to apologise to the old lady if not he will throw his car keys far away and he will not be able to find them. Rv says he will also file a police complaint against him. Painter seeing it apologises to the old lady. Painter takes the car keys from RV. Painter says to RV that he will make him regret it for what RV has done today. Painter later leaves from there.
Yug asks RV to calm down. Rv gets a call from Monisha and learns about Harleen’s accident. Harman learns about Harleen’s accident and says to Malhotra family about it.
Purvi, Monisha and Dushyant admit Harleen in the hospital. Monisha thanks Dushyant for what he has done for her. Dushyant asks Monisha to act as if she is completely broken when Rv comes here.
Rv comes to the hospital. RV shouts for his mother. Harleen hears RV’s voice in her unconscious state and reacts. The doctor seeing it thinks Harleen has really close relationship with her son.
Rv comes into the emergency room looking for Harleen. The doctor says they are treating Harleen and asks RV to leave from here.
RV worries about Harleen. Monisha comforts RV. RV spots Purvi and comes to her. RV asks Purvi if Harleen will be fine. Purvi says yes. RV says to Purvi that Harleen is everything to him. Purvi assures RV that nothing will happen to Harleen. Monisha comments on Purvi and says to RV that Purvi tried to kill Harleen.
Dushyant thinks the real game has started and Monisha is going to win in this game.
RV asks Monisha to tell him clearly what does she want to say. Monisha says to RV that she saw clearly that Harleen was walking all alone on the road when she got into an accident. Monisha says to RV that Purvi took Harleen to the temple and left her alone so that she could get into an accident and says Purvi should have planned all of this.
The Malhotra family comes to the hospital. The Malhotra family learns Harleen is in emergency room and they go there but Dadaji suddenly has mild heart attack and he collapses. The Malhotra family worry about Dadaji and call for a doctor. The doctor checks Dadaji and takes him to a room.
The doctor later says to Malhotra family that Dadaji hasn’t gotten any heart attack but he is too stressed that is why this happened to him. The doctor asks Malhotra family to keep him away from stress and leaves from there. The Malhotra family later leave to see to Harleen.
Monisha and Dushyant say they saw Harleen was all alone when she got into an accident. Monisha says to RV that Purvi should have tried to kill Harleen for Khushi. RV hearing it asks Yug to call Khushi. RV calls Khushi and hears her voice and later says to Monisha that Purvi couldn’t have done this. Monisha says she will get proof if she has to. Monisha runs into Malhotra family and reveals to them about Purvi trying to kill Harleen and says she will go and get proof and leaves from there. Harman thinks it is not possible. Deepika thinks Purvi has tried to kill Harleen.
