Episode begins with Karan tells Preeta that the latter came to Luthra house for Dadi. He asks her that if she don’t remember Dadi. He says that it’s impossible that Preeta don’t recognize them. Srishti and Rajveer comes there. Luthras notices Srishti. Preeta says that she don’t remember anyone. Karan asks her that how can she forgot his family and their marriage. She gets shocked hearing him.
Rakhi says that she can’t believe Preeta returned and she hugs Preeta. She asks her that if the latter don’t remember her. She says that she prayed for Preeta’s return and God listened her prayer finally. She adds that she did not lose hope for Preeta’s return.
Dadi tells Preeta that she is angry at her for leaving her. She talks about their initial days. She says that she tried to forget Preeta and her memories but she failed. Kareena says that she is sure Preeta remember her because she did not like her. She adds that Preeta turned her hate into love.
Mahesh asks Preeta that why she don’t remember her Mahesh papa. And asks her that how can she forget their relationship and their friendship. Preeta tells him that she don’t understand anything and she don’t remember anyone.
Karan tells Preeta that they remember her. He says that they cried because they missed her and now they are having happy tears. He asks her that how can she forget him when he loved her only.
Preeta says that she just know Nidhi who tried to kill her many times. Luthras gets shocked hearing this. She says that now she understood why Nidhi don’t like her. She adds that Nidhi thinks her husband Karan loves her. Karan tells her that his marriage happened with her only and asks how can she talk like this. She asks him to not say like this because she know he is Nidhi’s husband.
Srishti asks Preeta to not give justifications. She scolds Luthras for talking like they love Preeta so much. She tells them that they give pain only to Preeta. She says that Preeta suffered so much because of Luthras and they snatched Preeta’s children from Preeta and throw her out of the house. She adds that Nidhi’s sister Anjali ruined Preeta’s life. Preeta tells Rajveer to take her home because she is not understanding anything.
Shaurya comes downstairs and he is about to take Preeta’s blessings. But Nidhi stops him and tells him that she is his mother not Preeta. Rishabh says that Preeta is Shaurya’s mother. Nidhi says that she is Shaurya’s mother and she did his upbringing. Preeta says that Shaurya need love and Nidhi failed to teach good values to him. She claims that Shaurya is her son. Nidhi tells her that she sacrificed many things for Shaurya and this family. Preeta understands Nidhi’s sacrifices. She says that Nidhi has more rights on this family so she gives this family to Nidhi.
Rishabh tells Preeta that Karan loves her so much. Karan says that he don’t love Preeta. He tells her that she left him. He keeps her hand near his chest and asks her that if she can feel his heart beats.
