Episode begins with Sarla tells Preeta that she can understand what the latter must be feeling now and asks her to wait till they returns to Mumbai. Preeta tells her that she can’t hide the truth anymore and the latter don’t know that how everyone taking care of her and Rakhi even scolded Karan for not taking care of her and the latter knows that Kareena don’t like her still Kareena also taking care of her thinking that she is pregnant but she is betraying everyone and tells her that she can’t even imagine that how everyone will react after learning that she hided this huge truth from them.
Sarla tells her that Luthra’s will understand her and they loves her that’s why they are taking care of her and they will understand her pain too and she knows that the latter will become pregnant soon. Karan enters the room and Preeta disconnects the call. Sarla asks to God that why he snatched the happiness from Preeta and cries.
Karan assumes that Preeta is crying because he hurted her and apologizes to her and tells her that he will keep her happy always and promises to take care of their child and he will teach football too. She asks him to stop and tells him that she is not pregnant and cries. He shocks hearing her. She apologizes to him and cries hugging him.
On the other hand, Sherlyn finds Preeta’s report. Prithvi calls Sherlyn and asks her that what’s written in the report. She tells him that she already knows that Preeta is not pregnant but just wanted to confirm by seeing the report and she drops the report in the dirty water by mistake and she also gets drenched in the dirty water.
Achila tells Rakhi that fights are common between the couple and she thinks that it won’t be any serious problem. Dadi tells her that she saw Karan telling something to Preeta and after that only Preeta run towards her room cryingly. Achila tells them that it’s between husband and wife so they should not interfere. Rakhi tells her that Karan made mistake. Srishti tries to defend Karan. Rakhi goes to Preeta’s room. Achila praises Rakhi and Preeta’s bond.
Sonakshi tells Kritika that she also want to become Preeta and wants Achila to love her like how Rakhi loves Preeta. Dadi follows Rakhi to stop her. Kareena shocks seeing Sherlyn and asks her that what happened to her. Sherlyn tells her that she fell down and goes to change her dress. Janki and Srishti laughs seeing Sherlyn.
Karan asks Preeta that is she joking. She tells him that Doctor tested her and informed her that she is not pregnant and she can’t conceive never. She apologizes to him for not informing him earlier and tells him that she wanted to reveal the truth to everyone but she could not destroy their happiness. He cries hugging her and tells her that now she will love him more and tries to console her which surprises her.
Rakhi is about to go to Preeta’s room but Dadi stops her and asks her to not disturb them and Karan will take care of Preeta. Preeta recalls that how Karan took care of her. Karan places a kiss on her forehead and she cries holding his hand.
