Episode begins with Preeta pleads Karan to listen her once and not get separated from her. She tells him that she also lost her daughter and they needs each other now and asks him to open the door. Kareena asks her to leave from there. Dadi tells them that Preeta choosed money over relationship and she never thought Preeta will turn out like this. Karan goes upstairs. Preeta leaves from there. Mahesh takes Preeta’s name and faints which worries everyone. Sherlyn thinks that she finally got rid of Preeta and top of that it’s Karan who throw her out of the house.
Karan enters Pihu’s room and he recalls the moments he shared with her. Meanwhile, Preeta walks on the road aimlessly. ( Tum bin song plays in the background ). She recalls that how Karan accused her and asked her to leave from his life and cries. She reaches Arora house and cries hugging Sarla. Sarla asks her that what happened to her. Srishti comes there and informs Sarla about Pihu’s death and also how Luthra’s blamed Preeta for Pihu’s death and throw her out of the house.
Karan enters the washroom and recalls the moments he shared with Preeta. Sarla washes blood from Preeta’s face. After some time, Sarla asks Srishti to sleep in her room today. Srishti tells her that Preeta needs her too so she will sleep with her too.
After 1 week
Kareena tells Sherlyn and Sonakshi that Karan is in deep depression. She asks Sonakshi to support Karan because he needs a friend now. Sonakshi tells herself that she was waiting for this day only. Karan asks her that what is she doing in his room. She hugs him and tells him that she has no one in her life except him now. He pushes her. She asks him to understand her and she will keep him happy and asks him to marry her. He tells her that she became mad and asks her to leave the house because he can’t tolerate her in this house after knowing about her intention. She yells at him for behaving like this with her.
She tells him that he is selfish. She says to him that she have done so much for him but he still could not forget Preeta. She tells him that he is hypocrite because he says that he don’t even want to hear Preeta’s name but his room still filled with Preeta’s stuff. She says to him that she made mistake because he don’t even deserve to talk to her. He drags her and throws her out of the house. She curses him saying that he won’t be happy in his life. He sets fire on Preeta’s clothes and her pictures. Sherlyn smiles seeing that.
Karan reaches Arora house in his drunken state. He tells Preeta that she seems so happy. He asks her that why she didn’t come to take her stuff. She asks him to sit seeing him stumbling. He asks her to not take his name and this time she can’t return to his house. Sarla asks him to come back tomorrow. He tells her that Preeta destroyed everything so he won’t come again. He says to Preeta that he hates her and she killed Pihu. She tells him that she tried to save Pihu. He asks her that why she didn’t die in that accident.
Sarla loses her cool and slaps him. He tells her that he don’t want Preeta in his life and she is such a greedy person. Preeta tells him that she fell for the wrong person. He laughs at her and tells her that she betrayed everyone. She tells him that he never trusted her. He tells society people that Preeta killed her daughter for money. Preeta throws him out of the house. He tells her that they didn’t made for each other. She agrees with him. They decides to not come in front of each other again and he leaves from there. Sarla tells Preeta that nothing is above self respect. She asks her to forget Luthra’s and move on in her life. Preeta tells her that she want to leave the city.
After 2 years
Sarla and Janki cooks for Preeta. Meanwhile, Preeta gets ready.
