Episode begins with Luthras yells at media reporters. Mahesh says that he know who is behind all this but he don’t have a proof. Arjun comes there and thinks that Mahesh was smart since beginning. Reporter Sandeep blames Luthras. Arjun calls Sandeep and asks him to target Rishabh only and apologize to Mahesh. Luthra ladies comes there. Media reporters reports that Luthra ladies has been arrived to support their husbands. Preeta asks Media reporters to report and not try to become a judge.
Police comes there. Police inspector says that he came to arrest Rishabh for selling fake medicines. Rakhi tells Police inspector that the latter did not find fake medicines in the godown so Rishabh is innocent. Arjun comes there. Preeta asks him that if he is satisfied now. Mahesh scolds Arjun. Arjun tells them that he love them so much and he is happy that they are going to be his family.
Malkani comes there and gives anticipatory bail order to Police inspector. Police leaves from there. Preeta thanks Malkani. She tells Arjun that he won’t succeed everytime. Arjun tells her that he just wants her attention and leaves from there. Rishabh tells Preeta to stay away from Arjun. Preeta tells him that Arjun is planning something big so they have to be careful.
Anjali watches Luthras pharmacy scam. Arjun comes there and says that Luthra companies share will drop. Anjali shows the list of companies which will buy Luthras shares. Arjun leaves the house without saying anything. Mahesh tells Rishabh that they are going to face huge loss. Rishabh says that they have to give answer to Arjun.
Dadi tells Anjali that she feel like something bad is happening. Anjali tells her that Arjun will reach his goal by ruining Luthras. Dadi asks her that why Arjun hates Luthras. Anjali tells her Luthras started it and Arjun will end it. Arjun reaches Luthra house. Anjali gets happy that she got everything. She informs Arjun that he has 51% share of Luthras company.
Luthras learns that their company share price falling. Sameer tells them that different companies bought the shares so they need not to worry. Rishabh says that he is glad they are the owner still and Arjun don’t have enough shares to take over the company. Arjun enters the house. He tells Rishabh that the latter is not owner of the company anymore. He reveals that he has 51% share of the company so he is the new owner of Luthras company. He says that one day is over. Preeta asks him to leave. He asks her to not get angry. He calls interior designer. He tells her to click the photos saying that he want to change the interior design. Rishabh warns him to get out. Arjun tells him that he saw fear in the latter’s eyes and that’s what he wanted to witness and leaves from there.
