Episode begins with Shaurya tells Sandy that they are not friends anymore. On the other hand, Kavya asks Varun to return the phone to her. Varun hides with Kavya. He tells her that goons are there so they can’t talk loudly. He says that goons won’t spare Kavya if they saw her then. Kavya apologizes to him for misunderstanding him. She reveals that she suspected Varun again. He tells her that he won’t stoop that low. He says that he don’t want anything and he want to help Kavya that’s it.
He asks her to hear his story. She gets confused hearing him. He yells at her. She asks him that why he is talking like this and cries in fear. He asks her to not cry because he hate tears. She asks him that where is Preeta. Bhanu comes there. Varun slaps Bhanu for disturbing them. He tells Kavya that she should listen his story. Kavya asks Varun that what is his story.
Varun tells Kavya that his parents suffered a lot. He says that his parents stayed away from each other and he did not understand anything because he was kid that time. He tells her that his father went into depression due to Karan. He reveals that Karan ruined his family so he decided to take revenge on Luthras. Kavya gets shocked hearing this. He tells her that she should marry him today.
He drags her to Priest. She tells him that she won’t marry him. Sanjana gives jewel to Kavya and asks Kavya to wear it. Kavya says that she won’t get ready. Varun tells Kavya that she should marry him to save Preeta. She tells him that he can’t force her like this. She search Preeta there. He shows cold storage to her. He tells her that Preeta is inside cold storage. He asks her to go inside and search.
Kavya enters the cold storage and search Preeta there. Varun tells Kavya that she won’t be able to find Preeta. She tells him that she won’t let anything happen to Preeta and cries. He asks her to not cry because he can’t see her like this. He tells her to marry him if she wants Preeta then.
Kavya recalls that how Preeta and Palki exposed Varun. Varun tells Kavya that he know she won’t deny. He says that he is happy he is getting married to Kavya. He forwards his hand and Kavya holds his hand. He takes her to Priest. He tells Sanjana that Kavya is ready to marry him. Kavya asks Varun that where is Preeta. She pleads him to let her meet Preeta once. Varun tells her that he won’t kill Preeta but the latter has to marry him now. She tells him that she will marry him after seeing Preeta.
On the other hand, Kareena taunts Gurpreet and Mohit for not leaving yet. Rakhi tells Kareena that she told them to wait for Preeta.
Varun shows the screen to Kavya. Kavya gets shocked seeing Preeta inside the container in unconscious state. She asks Varun to leave Preeta. Sanjana slaps Kavya.
