Episode begins with Kareena notices that Rakhi crying. She asks her that if the latter crying because she said against Preeta. Rakhi tells her that tomorrow is Mahesh’s birthday and she can’t go the basement to give his favourite dress. Kareena says that she will give the dress to Mahesh and he will wear it on his birthday. Rakhi thanks her. Next day, Preeta tells Girish to do puja on Mahesh’s name. Kareena goes to the basement and then Mona goes to the basement. Preeta notices that. Kareena enters the room and Mahesh gets afraid seeing her. She wishes happy birthday to him and informs him that Rakhi send dress for him.
Mona comes there and sees Kareena with Mahesh. She takes the whip and starts beating them. Kareena asks her to stop it. Preeta comes there and snatches the whip from Mona. She scolds her for beating Kareena and Mahesh. Mona asks her to not interfere in her job. She says that Doctor hired her because he knows that how well she does her job. Preeta tauntingly tells her that she can see that. Kareena asks her to not scold Mona because it will create problem for them. Preeta asks Mona that if Doctor told the latter to beat the patient up with whip. She demands explanation from her.
Mona tells her to ask explanation from Doctor. And she is just a nurse who has been hired to take care of the patient and she is just following the instructions. Preeta tells her that the latter is on duty now so she has to give explanation not Doctor. Mona tells her to not ask the same question again and again and it’s Doctor who said that Mahesh is mad and she is just handling the patient. She says that if Preeta threatened her then she will suggest Doctor to send Mahesh to mental asylum which shocks Kareena.
Sameer says that he never got hurt like this but now it’s affects him so much because Srishti is not talking to him. He wonders that why it’s affecting him so much when Srishti is just a friend. He says that now he don’t care that she will talk to him or not. Karan comes there and tells him that the latter cares about it. Sameer informs him about what happened at Arora house yesterday night. He says that Srishti decided to not talk to him so now he also won’t try to convince her. Karan asks him to leave this matter but not Srishti.
Kareena screams Karan’s name. Everyone gathers in the hall. Kareena tells Karan that Preeta wants Mahesh to end up in mental asylum. Preeta says that Mona was beating Kareena and Mahesh with whip that’s why she reacted. Everyone accuses Preeta. She tells them that they don’t have any rights to talk to her like this and no one can throw her from her house. Karan tells her that if Mahesh end up in mental asylum then he will leave Luthra mansion with his family. Rakhi says that Mahesh’s safety is important for her and she is with Karan’s decision. Preeta takes Karan from there.
