Episode begins with Sandy asks Shanaya about Shaurya. Shanaya tells him that Shaurya went to hospital cafeteria. Mahesh asks Sandy to see whether Dr Mayank has been arrived or not. Dr Mayank comes there. Rakhi tells thanks to him for coming. Kritika tells Doctor that Dr Mayank has been arrived. Doctor asks h to send Dr Mayank inside. Dr Mayank tells Luthras that he will try his best and he goes inside. Doctor explains Rajveer’s current condition to Dr Mayank.
Kareena tells Mahesh that she heard about Dr Mayank’s arrival. Mahesh tells her that Shaurya convinced Doctor. Rakhi tells Kareena that Shaurya fought for Rajveer. She says that it looked like one brother was fighting for another brother. Karan and Preeta hears everything. Preeta thinks that Luthras loves Rajveer so much. Mahesh tells Karan that Dr Mayank started was allowed to treat Rajveer because of Shaurya.
Sandy tells Shaurya that the latter became Luthras favorite suddenly. Shaurya says that Rajveer is Luthras favorite but Rajveer is just an employee for him. Karan comes there and tells Shaurya that he is so proud of him. He says that Shaurya deserves a return gift and Shaurya can ask whatever he want. Shaurya tells Karan that he will ask when time comes. Karan hugs Shaurya.
Aarohi asks Preeta that where the latter went. Preeta says that she went to see her sister who is in coma. Dr Mayank comes there and tells them that Rajveer lost lot of blood. Preeta tells him that Karan and Rajveer’s blood group is same. She reveals that Rajveer donated blood to Karan in the past. Karan tells Dr Mayank that he is ready to donate blood for Rajveer. He says that Rajveer and Shaurya are same for him. He adds that Rajveer is in this condition while saving him so it’s his responsibility to save Rajveer. Preeta gets emotional hearing this.
Karan says that he can do anything to save Rajveer. Nurse takes Karan inside. Nidhi gets angry hearing this. She recalls that how Shaurya fought for Rajveer and also how Karan took Rajveer’s responsibility. Aarohi tells Nidhi to do something.
Karan donates blood for Rajveer. He recalls that how Rajveer told about his revenge plan to Srishti. He also recalls that how Rajveer got shot while saving him. He says that Rajveer saved him instead of letting him die. He thinks that Rajveer loves him that’s why saved him. Mahesh comes there and asks Karan what happened. Karan tells Mahesh that what Rajveer did is not small thing. Mahesh says that Rajveer is really good guy.
Anshuman tells Detective that he has to do something because Rajveer ruined everything. He orders Detective to expose Rajveer in front of Luthras. Karan is about to tell Mahesh that Rajveer is his son, but stops seeing Rakhi. Rakhi tells Karan to treat Rajveer like son. Karan thinks that he will tell everyone that Rajveer is his son at right time.
