Episode begins with Maasa asks ladies to begin the puja. Arjun looks at Rishabh and Preeta from downstairs. He thinks that marriage and seven pheres are lie. He thinks that Preeta used to keep fasting for him and other side plotted to kill him. He says that love is betrayal. He recalls that how he celebrated Karwa Chauth with Preeta. Preeta begins puja. She sees moon with Karwa Chauth channi and recalls that how she celebrated Karwa Chauth with Karan. She feels dizzy and falls down. Arjun catches her. He keeps her on the bench. He asks her to open her eyes. He sprinkles water on her face and gives water to her. She wakes up. He asks her that if she is fine. He says that he is there and he won’t let anything happen to her. One of the lady says that Arjun broke Preeta’s fasting by giving water to her. Another lady says that Rishabh is Preeta’s husband.
On the other hand, Luthra ladies performs puja. Mahesh breaks Rakhi’s fasting. Sameer breaks Srishti’s fasting. Dadi asks them to collect the gifts. Kritika tells Kareena that she is feeling weird and she want to go downstairs. Kareena tells her to love herself and these things won’t affect her. Kritika tells her that she don’t want to witness all these rituals because it’s affecting her and leaves from there. Kareena thinks that her daughter is not happy and Arora sisters ruling Luthra house.
Rakhi asks Mahesh to give his phone saying that she want to bless Preeta because she would have completed her Karwa Chauth puja. Sameer tells her that there won’t be much network. He asks her to message Rishabh. Mahesh messages Rishabh.
Rishabh holds Preeta. He asks Shekhar that if the latter called the doctor. Shekhar nods at him. Radhika takes Preeta from there. Arjun scolds Rishabh for not taking care of Preeta. Rishabh thanks him for saving Preeta’s life and leaves from there. Shekhar also thanks Arjun.
Preeta tells Maasa that she is fine. Maasa tells Rishabh that doctor will come soon. Everyone leaves the room except Preeta and Rishabh. Preeta tells him that no need to call the doctor. He tells her that he got afraid. He says that he realised that he can’t live without her too. He tells her that he need her in his life. He asks her to take care of herself. She thanks him for giving so much importance to her. She asks him to not get scared.
Arjun enters his room. He says that his heart should not beat for Preeta because she never loved Karan. He thinks that Preeta don’t deserve his love. He recalls that lady’s words. He says that he is still Preeta’s husband. He picks Anjali’s call and tells her everything and disconnects the call. His soul tells him that Arjun felt bad that Preeta kept fasting for Rishabh. Arjun tells him that he won’t let Rishabh complete the ritual. He decides to feed food to Preeta. He disguises himself as waiter and takes the food plate of Preeta.
